This was a Beautiful property! Lush with amazing views! Very clean. Lots of attention to big welcome! Basket of tea , coffee and treats! Comfortable bed. So Very glad I booked this unit! Close to restaurants and a Great starting point for exploring the island! Loved it and hope to stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our babymoon. The place was clean, had everything we needed to be able to cook meals for ourselves, and we appreciated having access to beach chairs and towels. The new bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the lanai watching the waves in the bay. We also used the community grills, pool, and laundromat. Everything on the property was well maintained and easy to use. We came in February, so it was cool enough to not need AC, with temps around 65F each night. However, we could see that during warmer times of the year it could get hot in the rental. The floor is in need of a little tlc, as the wood is warping from the humidity, but it didn’t impact the enjoyment of our stay. Our host, Marti Law, was excellent at communicating with us about checkin and she provided many helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do on the island. We would hands down come back and stay at this place!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I hope this helps someone else... Nice property, however, owner is not keeping it up to date or clean...NO A/C and the fans don't work ... come on.also, I have sensitive skin and got a bad rash on my hip from the bed... only stayed 3 nights, had to were t shirt and boxers so rash would not get worse. Spent 7 night at Marriott and it didn't get any worse. Home now and went to urgent care... fungus rash caused from bed. Taking meds for it... don't stay here until they replace the bed and clean the mattress cover every time!!!

We didn’t spend much time here as we were out exploring a lot but it was the perfect home base. Roughly equi-distant from North and South, walkable to a market and restaurant, lovely, well-maintained setting. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond. A very comfortable place!

This could easily have been a five star review. The view and grounds are beautiful. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants near by including a wonderful ocean front spot right next door. Being on the west coast provided easy access to the wonders of both the north and south coasts. The apartment was well equipped and the furniture and bed clean and comfortable. Not an issue for us, but bathrooms a bit dated and you need to be able to walk up 3 flights to access the apartment. Also note, there is no air conditioning but it wasn’t needed for our stay… the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze were perfect. Parking a bit tight but always found a spot. All said, I would definitely recommend this place!

The view is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and pans that we needed to make breakfast including a coffee maker and a toaster. Quick walk along the path to Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner.

Loved the location, the property. The only reason we would not stay here again is for the lack of AC in the units. It’s just too hot and makes sleeping difficult.
