The check in was easy. Bender was alway available to answer my questions. The condo was very clean. All appliances and everything worked as they should. One of the elevators periodically was not working. The staff was told about this. It left one elevator fully functional. I like the fact that we had covered parking .We had a great stay although the weather could have cooperated better, one of our days it lightning all day so we couldn’t swim or use the pool the whole day. We would definitely stay again and would hope for better weather.

This unit is spotless and in a great location - beachfront , convenience store across the street and restaurants within walking distance. I walked everywhere within a mile or so to go to the stores , restaurants and other parts of the beach . The management was also very accommodating, they granted early check in and late check out in consideration to my flights.
I wish they provided beach towels but this wasn't a deal breaker , im just used to other Beach properties that provide it .
Overall this was a great stay and I would stay with them again .

A+ to the owners of this property. We enjoyed our condo. The process through Bender, however.....sucked. From start to finish. Service calls during stays that were not coordinated with us. Packets weren't given, nor was the address to a separate office.

We love this condo, but very disappointed we won’t be able to stay here next winter due to the owners new rental policy. Great area! Comfortable condo and this is the first place we’ve stayed that doesn’t allow smoking on the balconies. Finally! We come here to enjoy the fresh air and breathing cigarette smoke isn’t what we consider enjoyable.

This place is amazing the condo is gorgeous and incredibly clean. The pictures that they post don’t do it justice. The views from the balcony or amazing and almost can’t be described. It’s perfectly located right on the beach and only a few minutes from all of the stores and entertainment. We loved everything about it wish we didn’t have to leave and will be back next year.

This was our first time vacationing at Gulf Shores. The beach, water and weather were amazing. We used the grills almost every night and found the location to be close to all our conveniences needed. The condo and building could have been cleaner and a little more updated.

Gulf Shores is a beautiful location for a vacation. However this time of year (November) seems to be the time when everyone does maintenance work at all of the condos. If we had known that the hallways outside of the condos were being worked on we would have found another location. There were a couple days when we couldn't leave because workers were placing tile in the hallway and it couldn't be walked on. As far as the actual condo is concerned it was nice. The pros--Very clean, quiet when there weren't workers around, and a great view. Cons- The living room furniture is old though and needs replaced. The shower - hot and cold are reversed, they give you one roll of toilet paper, one paper towel roll, one dishwasher detergent so come prepared to go to the grocery. The pool and whirlpool needed cleaned. I'm sure during the busy season these things would not be a problem. In the area because this is low season there were a lot of restaurants and activities that were closed.

The condo was great except none of the doors shut correctly. And it would have been nice to know they were building a new one next door before we got there. Was woken up at 6:30 every morning to construction workers. When you are on vacation that is the last thing you want to here. The water in the shower would just stop sometimes also.

Beaches and condo were nice however I was disappointed on some lack of cleaning in the unit . Refrigerator and freezer had not been cleaned properly. Mold on the caulking in both bathrooms and hair in the master bath tub before anyone had even taken a shower. Nice location and beaches were great. Overall we could come back but not sure if we would stay in this particular unit.

This unit probably be ok for a 2 or 3 day stay.We started off with no heat/air conditioning, unit replaced after 3 days. Carper dirty, was cleaned when notified. One morning no water pressure, restored with in 2 hrs. Second week into stay found American Cockroaches, unit was sprayed to resolve that problem. Iron leak water when used, unit relapsed. Bender resolved all those problems.I don't feel Bender check out units prior to use, an employee stated that snowbirds are one to notice them of problems. Utensils are a combination left overs from who knows where, Knifes were useless.Quality is a word not a practice.

The construction next door was very loud, I would have liked to have known about that before making my travel arrangements. As far as convenient it was only 3 blocks to walk to the Shrimp Festival, and there is a store right across the street. The beds were very comfortable,and had nice balcony furniture. The sofa not so much. Needs some upgrades like key-less entry, new caulk around the bathtubs (moldy) and general things like hot pads in the kitchen. Having a full size washer and dryer a real plus though, Sauna and pool nice. I cant say I would recommend this Condominium until construction next door is finished.

The condo far exceeded our expections. Plenty of room for my wife and I along with our 9 year old daughter and 13 year old Grandaughter.Layout was perfect to give us all a little space and the views were incredible. Already planning Spring Break.

Overall, for the price we were satisfied. However, if my stay was longer I would not have been. The furniture is so run down in the living room and the showers both had mildew in them. Also, the light in the extra bath did not work. The unit has so mut potential to be first class, just needs a little care. Bender was exceptional as usual! Great service.

We liked everything in the condo except there wasn't a comfortable chair in the living area such as a Lazy Boy recliner that would support your back and head. Plus we paid for 15 days and left after 13 because of hurricane Nate. We were on 16th floor, I am 75 my wife is 78 and if power had been lost there was no way she or I could go up or down 16 flights of stares much less carry all our suitcases and other belongings. We paid for insurance and believe we are entitled to a refund for the 2 days. Also we could not get desired channels on bedroom TV's.

We loved the helpful hospitality of the staff at Bender Realty. The condo was beautifully decorated and the view of the gulf of Mexico was stunning! Our visits to area restaurants were all very enjoyable. (The only negative experience we had all week long was the pool cleaning guy who was rude to my wife on Saturday the 18th when she asked him if he would be so kind to move his truck so we could be able to leave.) You can take the bad experience out in parantheses and use our positive comments for Bender I just wanted you to know that the guy who cleans the pool probably needs to find another line of work that he will enjoy more. :-) Overall, our experience with the friendly staff at Bender Realty, ease of use of the website along with the practicality of the phone app and our stay with our family in the beautiful condo made for a very happy and memorable experience. We recommend Bender Reality and would do it again. Great job!
