The villa is big to accomade up to six people , clean and full of green. An almost private beach less than 4 minutes ideal if you are traveling with boat. Maria was extremely helpful and profesional.

Very quite place, close to Vourvourou and an excellent starting point to explore Halkidiki. Boat rentals just in 5 walking minutes. (Just rent a boat in advance). Maria was extremely nice and hospitable. She shared with us her personal list of interests perfectly marked on Google Maps.

The space, the number of beds are great, the facilities are ok. The house is very spacious but it is separated in 2 big apartments.

The noise from the road, mosquitos, not enough utensils, wi-fi is quite unstable.

I have been all over Greece and I was never been in a such worst place. Before booking the offer I wanted to know if the whole property is usable. So the landlord did that (screenshot attached) and said the offer includes own yard, barbecue, etc… We book the house with all includes. When we got there we have noticed that the house is divided by three parts, twin house within a small barbecue in a tiny yard, plus parter which is below the surface level (a place where the owner of the property lives) - within a huge yard along with covered outdoor BBQ. Saying that there is no privacy as the owner presents was all day long, staying and accommodating the outdoor barbecue, of course doing some maintaining things around the house. For a families with little ones, who consider to have a trip/vacation in this area, please be informed that the property’s location is out of the village and the speed limits on the main road is 90 km per hour. Which makes impossible to get walk around on foot even if you want to get to the beach, a deeds which has to be without facing any problems, since in the add is written 200 meters far way from the coast… The same is applicable for the Market/Store - even on the add the distance is less than 100 meters, as well as the village of Vourvourou. The location is too loud (just like on highway), no sidewalk too. For a safety measure you should consider going wherever you want from the above written places wit a car or if the traffic isn’t that mush and you are above 18 years old you can take the risk.(the choice is yours) As we are on the safety I would like to disclosure that there is no housekeeping during a residence below 7 days - which is kind of inappropriate as you do expect to get rest a bit from the chore. And it is a bit annoying to wash the towels every day, speaking for that you have to bring your one flip flops otherwise you will be barefooted. And of course consider buying some cutlery as their are so worn out.

The Villa is very spacious and very luxury. The house is shining from cleanness and light. There are many balconies with view and a big yard to play with your children. The beach is just a few metres and perfect for children. Very good kitchen equipment . I have to say that Maria the owner of iCheckin is the best host . We had a problem with our car and she she help us to fix it .
