Came to Daytona for a triathlon and stumbled upon this gem of a place. It’s quiet and nicely apportioned. It’s close to so many parts of Daytona, including the beach, Speedway and lots of great local eats. The balcony is perfect for grabbing a breakfast with a view. The place is well set up. There’s plenty of kitchen hardware to make just about anything you want-just grab the necessary groceries at the store. There’s even a waffle maker! Owners are super fast to get back to me and very courteous when I couldn’t figure things out on my own. I do recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit. We had 4 adults and we had plenty of space. When I come back to Daytona, I will be looking for this space first.

One of the nicest place we have ever stayed at. Extremely clean and well kept. The host is always available to assist and the office manager is very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the condo is as described. Be sure to read the full description of the condo and know the pool is not there and there is no direct beach access. There is still a lot of construction and repairs going on from the hurricanes in 2022, but it's still a great place to vacation. Pros - the view from the balcony is fantastic! We enjoyed sitting outside drinking our coffee. The condo is just how it's pictured. We had a few issues, but the owner was responsive. So, we appreciated the communication. The check in / check out process was easy and we like this area of Daytona Shores. We've vacationed in this area for decades. Cons - I personally did not find the master bed comfortable. My husband seemed to sleep fine, but it was way too firm for me. It was nice having assigned garage parking, but just know it's underground and you have to go up a flight of stairs. So, unpack the car before you park your car (we did not!). It was unfortunate that there is no direct access to the beach, but after seeing all the damage in the area, it was understandable. However, getting to the beach is not hard, it's just not direct access. We would encourage anyone to visit this area of Daytona. There are great places to eat, grocery stores are close by, it was very quiet when we were there and despite the construction going on in the area, it's still a good place to vacation.

We loved our stay and the host were very responsive to any questions. We have stayed at this Location for the last 13 years and this unit was new to us! It was better than described and furnished wonderfully. The construction wasn’t an issue for us at all and in fact we found it very interesting to watch a seawall being constructed. We will stay here again no doubt!
