Great view of the lake and the town. Awesome location. Our host was amazing and so accomodating.
Too many keys. There's a key for the front door, the several gates and also to the doors to get in. I would suggest to label the keys as it's very difficult to disipher which keys go to which door especially at night.
The addition of towels & linens . Either add this in or advertise how much you charge extra for this. This was a surprise to after we checked in. Not one hotel or apartment we stayed at in Italy charged us extra for linens.
The AC does not work and only located in living room. NO AC in rest of apartment. Thank goodness it wasn't that hot out while we stayed there in June.

The young lady Giorgia who met us with the keys was very welcoming. She referred us to a delicious restaurant in the old town Osteria Mercato! And she was kind enough to make 2 nights reservations for us.
