Loved it.

There are always things that can be improved in a property, but I feel like it was what I expected. The location was great, proximity to Christiansted was good, the sea breeze was amazing, no need for AC. Kids liked the privacy of the loft, and having their own balcony.

Great place for the price! Located close to grocery and other shopping downtown. Beds were clean and comfortable. Views were spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed plus lots of extras in the spices which was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again. Love St Croix!

Marti was excellent with all communication. She went above and beyond in assisting me with multiple questions and always responded quickly. The interior of the property has been updated, and the complex is currently making other upgrades. The complex is gated with security and we always felt safe and secure. The neighborhood is an older area but is a great location mid- island. It is no more than 30 minutes to both sides of the island. Only about 10 minutes into Christiansted with lots a restaurants and activities.

Relaxing Home Away From Home was the perfect condo for our stay. The views were beautiful & everything we needed was easily accessible within the condo. Marti was a great hostess & responded quickly to any questions we had. Definitely would stay here again & highly recommend to others. Thank you for allowing us to stay & most of all, just relax in your home!!

Overall we enjoyed our week stay. Nothing fancy with a great location. Beach, restaurant, views, excellent snorkeling, and clean. Marty was a good communicator and gave us a nice list of suggestions for things to do and places to go. Some cosmetic improvements needed, along with water pressure in the showers (we found the hall shower was best)., the wifi/cable was very slow. We would definitely go back!

The condo was wonderful. The staff on the property was friendly and kind. The condo is located close to the shops and beaches. It was a wonderful experience.

Four of us stayed two weeks here. Plenty of room, everything was just as described. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners while we were there and they were very nice and helpful with suggestions on places to eat and where to snorkel. Nice restaurant on site. Easy check-in. We'll be back!!

I rent condos in this complex regularly and they never let us down. There's a security gate and the restaurant/bar and swimming pool are open again.

Would give 3.5/5 if possible but rounded up. The condo is very nice and in a great location. Pool is clean. Unfortunately the property was inundated with sargassum during our entire stay, and this put a serious damper on our enjoyment of the property. We could not use the beach at all for snorkeling or swimming as it was filled with multiple feet of sargassum and property management only began to clean it up as we were leaving. The entire property smelled very bad due to the sargassum, including the pool area. Returning for the day, as you pulled to the gate you could definitely "smell that you were home." I understand this is out of the owner's control, but had we known it was a possibility we might have reconsidered staying here, as not all the beaches we visited had the sargassum issue. If it wasn't for this issue, the place would have been perfect! I think we just came at the wrong time.

We had a wonderful stay and Marti's home is great. We absolutely loved the pool and the adjoining bar/restaurant, which makes it really more like you are at a resort than a condo complex. Downtown Christianstead (and the bustling boardwalk) is only a few minutes away. Things are hopping again and everyone very conscientiously wears masks/distances across the island. Highly recommend Mill Harbour!

My family (daughters, age 4 and newborn, husband, and our mothers) and I had a wonderful stay! The condo had plenty of space for us, we were very comfortable. My husband connected to wifi and worked remotely in the mornings, while we enjoyed the pool. The location is perfect and close to town, beaches, etc. There were even beach items for us to use: cooler, chairs, sand toys. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Well maintained condo in a good location, convenient to lots of things. Snorkeling right off the property and a good little restaurant and grill as well.

This was our family's Christmas present and I must say everyone had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and spacious and a quick jump in the car to any location. The six of us adults did have enough room!!! Beautiful view from the balcony as well. Thanks, Marti. Definately will recommend your property.

With our children now being young adults, we decided that our Christmas gift to them would be to take them on a family vacation on our favorite island and enjoy some quality time. The condo was very accommodating for the 7 of us. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own apace. The 3 full bathrooms were very helpful! After a long, full day at the beach, the cold air from the AC in the evenings was very refreshing! The beach that was just a few short steps away was so relaxing and beautiful...and the snorkeling was fabulous! Each person we met on the property was most helpful. Ms. Carroll in the office was very kind. She took great care of us and gave us great recommendations on the little questions we had. 9 days went by all too quickly! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us! We can’t wait until we can come back and stay longer.

Enjoyed our stay very much! The view exceeded our expectations. The unit was comfortable and equipped. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the restaurant on the premises, and loved the staff there. The surges during the time of our visit made the snorkeling on the beach by the property, less than optimum, but we had great time off the Frederiksted pier. Really a nice visit in a comfortable property.

Everything was as listed, not to mention the great amenities, everything within hand reach So sad, 5 days went by really fast

A great location and great rental. The host was great and responsive. Nice touches and the restaurant in the apartment complex recently opened up.

There was a little snafu with our check it, but it was my fault. Remember to read and save the emails with check-in instructions. The condo was spacious and I love that there are three full bathrooms and two beds each in two of the rooms. Easy access to down town Christiansted. I was home for my 40th class reunion. You can't beat the price given the condo sleeps 8, which is hard to find. Marti was hospitable even when I called her 1:30 am to let her know the security gate panel was broken and my friends and I (4 women) were stuck outside the gate. We had to park at the condo next door and walk around in the dark by the beach to get inside (scary). The facility was accommodating by posting a 24 hr guard until the panel could be fixed. I would recommend this condo. It was clean and had a lot of space. It did smell a bit when we walked in, but I guess it was from being closed up with no air circulating. I suggest if you are flying in, BRING YOUR OWN FOOD!!! Stack up on bacon, burgers, salad items, snacks, or whatever you eat. Food is EXPENSIVE in the grocery stores. Thanks Marti

The condo gave us the room we needed to get spread out and come together in the living room as a family. We all slept comfortably, the three showers were nice to have, and the kitchen was big enough to do what we needed. The condo location to the ocean and pool was very convenient. Best part of that was the old cement pier, that had some very interesting snorkeling, including 3 lion fish (two of which were big) in the same place every time we looked. Wifi was fast, helps with the kids. Balconies were large. Overall good time!!!

The view and steady breeze blowing through made our stay extra perfect! So close to everything. Clean and comfortable, I will definitely stay here again. Our week on the island was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants, but quiet and tucked away by the water. The owner provided all the information we needed to have a wonderful stay. Thanks Marti!

Loved the location of this condo. Very easy access to Christiansted, plenty of places to eat a shop nearby. Small private beach never had more than a couple of people on it. I wish I had snorkel gear with me, because you can snorkel right there. Thanks for the fun week!
