We had two joining apartments that made for fun family time.The location was amazing and Luisa was a great host.

Getting to the apartment from the road was not very easy.

The place was located in beautiful garden. The view from the pool was breathtaking. The place was clean and very nice. The host was responsible and kind.

The size of refrigerator was very small and not suitable for 4 people. It was not working well as well. And between two flat there was only a door and you could clearly hear everything from the other flat.

The host (Luisa) is amazing person and so helpful. She was always giving good recommendations and helping us in many ways. The house was spacious and super clean. It's fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. It's so quiet and we loved the garden and pool. We had our breakfast in the fridge and the kitchen with a lot of variety . The location was Ok, but you have to rent a car or scooter for easy access to all attractions and downtown in 15 minutes, we had a scooter and it was perfect. I would highly recommend this property if you consider staying in Sorrento ,Meta is very close .Thank you so much Luisa for the wonderful experience

Location is not easily accessed if you didn't rent a car or scooter. Nothing was bad about our stay

what a wonderful place to stay. the owner is so friendly. our room was amazing. really clean, great breakfast, lovely pool with a beautiful view. close to sorrento!

UPDATE: For fairness' sake leaving the original impressions unamended below (where we had rated the property 8/10). However, feel the need to share the latest developments, which occurred immediately after submitting the previous review, that have significantly altered our experience and feeling about this place and its hosts. We checked out on Monday 27th June - I returned the keys directly to the owner who came to the property to clean as new guests were arriving later that same day. All was good and we left. On Sunday 3rd July (ie a week later) the host privately contacted me on Whatsapp and demanded an extra payment of EUR 150 saying we had damaged the property. That's of course not true and I refused to pay Original review The property is modern yet has a lot of character and is very clean. There is a huge communal garden and swimming pool and Sorrento is within easy reach if you have a car. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. It is perfect for a couple.

That's of course not true and I refused to pay Original review While it can fit 4 people I would not say it is the most comfortable option for that amount of people (especially if you are not one household unit) as there is not a proper separation of spaces (getting to a bathroom at night you have to pass through other people sleeping, as an example) and the space is quite tight. We were hoping for a view, as someone has mentioned it in the reviews before, but it was only available from the communal garden and not from the property itself. The communal garden is beautiful, but not close enough so that it is convenient to carry food and eat there all the time. In general, we were expecting more privacy. There is on-site parking but the road to getting there is super narrow so not suitable for larger cars.

My friend and I had the best stay at My Place Home & Garden! Luisa was a wonderful host, always helpful and very kind. The suite itself was gorgeous and it was the perfect place to return home to after a long day in the sun. We really appreciated the air-conditioning, the comfortable bed, and the waterfall shower head. The food in the fridge was also a lovely addition! The property is truly picture-perfect, and there were days we considered just staying in just to be able to enjoy all that it had to offer. The yard is filled with orange trees, olive trees, and all sorts of beautiful flowers. We really enjoyed hanging out in the pool, watching the sunset, and we even decided to have a picnic! The yard also has a hammock - perfect for a nap or to read in. As a cat lover, I also really enjoyed the kitty friends I made during out stay. In terms of location, it was actually quite easy to get around. There was a grocery store about 10-15 minutes away from us, and the nearest train station (Meta) was about 25 minutes away, all via walking. It may seem like a lot, but it was nice to start our day with a quiet walk down to the station. I did notice that there were a few restaurants nearby as well, but we mostly ate what we got from the grocery store. The train from Meta to Sorrento was about 10 minutes and from there, it was very easy to get to Positano and Capri. From Meta's train station, we were also able to easily get to Pompeii and Naples. All in all, this was an excellent stay and I would absolutely love to come back. Luisa made us feel at home and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay!

We liked everything about this stay, it was truly a perfect stay and I highly recommend it!

The room is beautiful with nice garden overlooking Sorrento, very comfortable, equipped with a full kitchen. The hostess Luisa is very helpful and gracious. Great value.

The accommodation and garden are actually nicer than on the pictures. We were there in April and the pool was then closed so I can't comment on that. There are orange trees and a barbecue area in the yard, and the children had room to play ball. The location was very suitable for us because we traveled by car and from there it was ideal to discover Sorrento, Positano, Pompeii. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which was very pleasant. Very beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms. The owner was very nice!

There was no one in the apartment next to us on the first day and it was very quiet. On the second day a family checked-in and we noticed that kitchen/ livingroom area wall was so thin that you could hear them talking, walking and little ones crying.

Large, quiet apartment set amongst Orange & Lemon trees. A 20-minute drive from Sorrento and within easy reach of the train station. Raffaele was an amazing host and extremely helpful. I would highly recommended this property.

Maybe add a bigger table and chairs to eat inside when it's too cold to eat out.

Location was great to explore the area! Very nice and clean rooms for family stay and great garden with fresh oranges! Kitchen was a big plus during our stay!

The property is authentic and set in the mountains so the views out are spectacular. The facilities are comprehensive and everything was very clean. This is of course not a 5* hotel but Raffaele has created an Italian Paradise here and is the consummate host. Nothing is too much of an ask and he offers plenty of advice on arrival which only serves to improve your stay. Location is somewhat remote but also close to several ports so you have the best of both worlds. A car is advisable. Would happily return.

Pillows were a little soft for our personal preference but everything else was wonderful.

- location is really great, Meta is right in the middle of "Amalficoast" Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano, all not too far (with those roads every km matters) - friendly, helpful host - good price for that region - parking on the road is no problem, if your car is too big for the drive up (which most cars are) - pool & garden are good for a quick cool-off after a day of sightseeing - breakfast (which really isn't a daily breakfast but rather some groceries provided upfront, more a "welcome package" really, which still is very nice) special tip: do the "path of gods"!! you can drive to positano and up to nocelle (cheap parking there, better than directly in Positano I think), then take the bus down to positano, boat to amalfi, bus to Bomerano, then do the great 3h walk back to your car (and you do not have to walk down to Positano like all others.. your car is there!! :-) perfect day really!

no problem, just as information for future guests: - on the couch (living room) you hear church bells throughout the night, as well as the fridge and it's not really dark - i recommend to take the mattresses out and put them on the floor in the middle room -> quieter and darker (good for kids) - door to the other appartment is thin, if your neighbours are Italians you (and your kids) will hear them.. but we were lucky, it wasn't too bad and they soon moved out

An amazing accommodation in a very peaceful but beautiful town close to the beach with a nice, big garden! The station is close and you can easily reach Sorrento and Naples by train. Gianluca the owner was always very helpful and kind. Me and my friends had an unforgettable time and will be back! Definitely reccommend!

Beautiful place. Just off the beaten track, so it’s nice and quiet. The sunset is second to none 👌🏻 About the parking, it’s fine. It’s in the street 100 m from the entrance. But it’s not a 5 star hotel with its own car park. Obviously. It’s in the hills and very authentic. You can enjoy the sunset from the pool. Gianluca is a good man. It’s a 10/10.
