The Location was very good and the size of apartment was good for families to stay
The Bed Sheets have to be maintained better and need to be flexible , we requested late checkout by 3 PM and checkout at 3:20 PM and the manager demanded extra amount for being 20 Mins late .
Because of inconsistent Darshan timings at Tirumala it would be easier for pilgrims if you be flexible a little bit as the cost is already too expensive

When you travel with your family and looking for some safe place in Alipiri then this is the one you need to look for the family stay in reasonable price. Krishna provides help whenever needed safe place to stay and you have restaurants near by for foods.

The owner and staff are so supportive and helpful, it was really great customer delight moment. The 2 BHK house was so big, very clean and very well organised. Truly something beyond the expectations. Thanks to entire staff there, and look forward for my next stay there soon.
Nothing that I didn't like, but they can somehow include atleast breakfast at the home stay itself which would help the customers.

It is as described in the pictures. The manager Mr. Krishnayya is very responsive and provides good guidance. The size of the rooms is good.

The property was very much approachable and the manager was very kind enough and accomodative.

The Manager Krishnaiah Sir was extremely Genuine and helpful. He was available for the help throughout our stay, everything was as shown in the figure clean and proper. All the services and staff were highly professional. Highly recommended. Do stay with your family here, don't look here and there for any other place.

Spacious apartment and suitable for a family stay with kids. Its like a home away from home. Felt very comfortable with the size of the apartment and the location, parking availability (plenty of parking available).
Living room needed a slight bit of dusting, but overall nothing major. Bathrooms and bedrooms were all quite clean and comfortable.

Good and Neat - clean room. Family friendly. Well maintained kitchen. Over all it was a good stay. 24 Hrs Hot water in bathroom.
