We got what we paid for. It was close to Penn Station. It was clean

It was a bit cramped, the host could have a lil more patience.

Reasonably priced and located close to restaurants, cafes and Newark Airport. The bed is a standard spring mattress, good for a nights sleep. There is a shared kitchen available to guests.

Walls are paper-thin, so we couldn’t sleep as we could hear a squeaking bed in the room next door until 2AM. Only one bathroom (combining shower and toilet) is shared between two 3-person rooms. No reception on site so we couldn’t get immediate help to locate the noise problem. Couldn’t control the room temperature and it was cold from the AC. Towels provided had permanent stains on them.
