La amabilidad de las personas que atienden, limpieza y las instalaciones del hotel

En un inicio el barrio del hotel me pareció un tanto peligroso ya que en la noche está muy obscuro y sin gente, pero conforme pasaron los días me di cuenta que es súper seguro andar por los alrededores del hotel y es un ambiente muy agradable. Las almuadas no son muy cómodas 😢

Een prachtig hotel op een perfecte lokatie. De kamers zijn super fijn en het zwembad is heerlijk. Wij hadden zonder ontbijt gekozen maar het ontbijt van de gasten zag er heerlijk en uitgebreid uit. Er worden yoga lessen aangeboden en er is een kleine gym. Voor mij een plek om echt terug te komen. Het personeel was zo onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Als ik dan iets zou moeten zeggen, is de druk op de douche minimaal waardoor je een klein straaltje hebt. Maar prima om jezelf onder te wassen.

Heel mooi hotel met mooi zwembad, lekker restaurant erbij (ontbijt was wel niet inbegrepen), personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, leuke ligging vlakbij la Punta

Onze kamer was een beetje outdated, douche was wat kapot waardoor de straal helemaal scheef ging, weinig licht op de kamer, luide muziek van de gym die ‘s ochtends vroeg start

La ubicación en Punta Zicatela es buenísima. La disponibilidad para preparte los alimentos como tu los quieres es súper buena, la amabilidad del personal en general es aceptable.

La alberca estaba un tanto sucia.

Nice quiet location.. Around the pool was lovely … Had a really nice tropical feel with trees and birds. Free bikes to explore the coast which was great.

Pink flamingo in the pool set a bit of a precedent for some guests who treated it like a hostel. Access is all by unmade road..

Clean, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, super nice tennis court, mellow pool area with towels and hats to borrow if you needed, yoga at the hotel, good food.

There was unfortunately some construction going on when we were there but that is not typical. It was a plumbing/pipe problem that they had to fix.

Close to restaurants and beach (you can’t swim there!)

There is no wifi in the rooms, the bed was dirty and they didn’t let us check in earlier even if the room was available.

The hotel had lots of great communal areas - loved the pool and rooftop bar. Good food selection at the bar and the staff were really friendly. Room was nicely decorated and had great AC.

The wifi wasn’t very good in our room. The walk from the main Punta Playa strip to the hotel was down a dark, quiet road.

The location in La Punta is perfect. It’s a few minutes walk away from the beach. After a dat at the besch there is a nice pool to chil. Rooms are clean.

The WiFi connection is really bad. There wasn’t a connection at all in the room we had. Also at the central point/reception WiFi is bad. We had a room for two persons but it was a bit small.

Staff were amazing! Very friendly. Place felt super clean and super safe with the night guard. Suitcase storage was helpful. Staff went out of their to way to organise additional transport for us. Special thanks to Josmar, super helpful.

As our bathroom window faced the foyer and appeared to be jammed open, we could see/hear people eating breakfast while we showered as we couldn’t close the window.

The beautiful garden full of trees, the calm pool open late and the very reasonably priced breakfast. Very clean rooms with cozy balconies

There are a lot of exercise classes with loud music on the grounds starting from 9 am or so, so it's not really meant gor people who want to sleep in. The classes might be seen as a positive for those who want to get exercise in during their stay. The rooms are very spartan, not meant to hang out or spend the day.

The location was ideal as it was a short walk to the main area of La Punta. It's a peaceful and relaxing hotel with a pool, sun loungers, and a small bar. The room had a large balcony, which was pleasant. The water tank near the bar was useful to refill bottles. Also, there is a laundry service in a farm opposite the hotel.

A small room but it was sufficient for a few days. The water from the shower created a mess on the bathroom floor. Included breakfast was only a bowl of fruit with yoghurt, granola and a coffee. Kitchen staff were uninterested in guest interaction and seemed frustrated at times with our requests. One of the ladies at reception forgot to book our taxi, which caused us problems.

Rooms are super nice! We had one of out best sleeps in mexico here. The pool is also great, and the staff is super helpful and kind.

The location was great, walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The food and drinks were excellent. We loved the staff.

The pool didn’t seem all that clean, but it was still nice to hang out there. we had a family room, which we found quite dark but otherwise the apartment was very nice. I would recommend that they put some luggage holders and some more hooks in the room with two beds(no place to put anything).

Such an amazing hotel! Exceptional vibe, amazing stuff and great location in La Punta. The room with the balcony invites to very relaxing evenings and the comfy bed allowed an amazing night sleep. Will definitely come back one day!!! Saludos al equipo! <3

It was exceptionally good!

Great location - close to beach, restaurants and nightlife! Loved the bikes - had a fun day touring around with the bikes. Then it was awesome to finish our ride back at the hotel, cool off in the pool. Staff were amazing, friendly and nice.

Noisy morning with animals barking or crowing. They do provide earmuffs. I wanted to sleep but it helps to enjoy more the day.
