The code didn't work, I had to use the key. I called several times about the code and the hot water for the shower shooting water all over the wall and floor. I was told both would be addressed and neither of them were.

The location was great! We drove to the ski resort, but there was a shuttle available. It was too far to walk carrying ski gear. The area was peaceful. The apartment was clean. The kitchen had almost all of the utensils we needed. It was not hard to find parking close to the apartment, so that was nice.

The only shower/bathtub (in the downstairs bathroom) needs a new faucet. When I turned on the hot and cold knobs, the hot water leaks from the knob. Due to this, it is very challenging to maintain a comfortable water temperature. I have small children, so I had to help them more than normal to ensure that they were not scolded by the hot water leaking from the hot water knob. Also, adding a pizza cutter to the kitchen would be helpful. We had 6 guests and there were only 4 towels available. We messaged the host asking for more towels, but we never received any.

There’s was no breakfast. It was clean Very comfortable and safe.

Check in was not smooth, took 30min to talk to a customer service person. No AC

Beds and linens were uncomfortable Coffee pot did not have a carafe that would fit it and lid was broken so was not useable.

Was not aware it was on the 3rd floor & when we found out couldn’t change. TV in the bedroom didn’t work had I known I would have brought my streaming device we like to watch tv in bed
