お部屋の快適さ
自然光が入り、風の通りも良い。車やバイクの通りも少ないので静か。
クローゼットは匂いもなく清潔。バスルームは画像で確認したよりも綺麗で、シャワーの出も良くストレスがない。 2ベッドルームで完全に独立しているタイプなので友人や家族にもおすすめ。
ビーチやレストランは徒歩10分程度で行けます。
疲れた時にはホテルの近くのレストランへは徒歩1分のところがあります。
鍵が１つなので友人と別々の行動をする際にはSTAFFへ預け出かけたが2つあるとより良いと思いました。

No reception. Guard was very idle..4/5 myself and my wife had to open the gate for car parking.

Well-maintained n neat
Proximity to beaches was not easy Many lights were not working. In kitchen there were no lights nor chimney light working. Toiletries were not provided every day.

The property was full loaded and fully functional as well. The location is right in the candolim market and just 500mtr away from the candolim beach. The caretaker is very polite and very responsive. The host as well very welcoming, very responsive and very friendly. We stayed there for 4 nights, I totally recommend this place, absolutely loved the stay!

The place was nice, there was good parking and great staff.
The cleanliness is unwelcome. The management would need to take more care of the overall cleaning of the units - we developed rash off the linens.

It is at a good location, just walking distance from the beach. Eating outlets are nearby. Place is very neatly maintained. Staff is highly supportive. We checked in very late. But they took care of everything, including the food that we ordered from Zomato.

Excellent property and also well maintained. Owners taking personal interest and care makes it better. It is situated in the heart of Candolim Market and is just a min or 2 walking distance from Delphino’s.
I wish the Kohli family & Casa Legend team a great success and also keep up the excellent work & apartment.
All Good except the absence of a washing machine. If the property is added with a washing machine, it will be the best Property ever seen in Goa till now.

Kitchen sink stinks and a foul smell around the kitchen ...lots of water poured in all the hand wash liquids in barrooms and vessels liquid detergent also .

The rooms are clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable with clean linens. All required items are available in kitchenette. Location is quite good and pleasent. Near to Candolim beach ⛱️, All stores are available within 5 min walk. I would like to recommend it.
