Just the location
Room was dirty, spiderweb was everywhere.
Trash (used tissue) from previous guest was still there.
Bathroom was so bad and dirty. No curtain. Staff not polite.

Almost everything about budget friendly accommodation is already in here, that's why im very much satisfied and by chance i will be in surabaya again I'll give this oyo 494 another try especially if it's from my own expense.
Need to change the bed i currently using coz it seems like it's old and has been already repaired many times (room 12).

Ac was working well
Unfortunately the first room we went into was really dirty. Everywhere hairs on the ground and on the bed sheets, dirty towel on the ground. The second Room was still a bit dirty but not as bad as the first room. Yes the Price is cheap, but I,m not sure of all of ratings are real. Because most of them are without of text and a 10 point rating also all on the same date...
We had to ask for towels, no water , no tea cups. I think if it would be cleaner and maybe better organised, it would attract more people. I wouldn,t stay there again.. sorry to say that.
