We had a great stay here. Didn't have to travel far to climb some mountains, and there's nothing like relaxing in the hot tub after a long hike!

We arrived once the sun had set, so we did not get to fully take in the amazing view from this property until the next morning. We were glad we were there for peak foliage. We loved the space. My daughter loved the secret garden in the backyard.
We wish we knew there was a wood stove as it was a chilly weekend. We also found that several outlets/lights did not work (ie the light for the front bedroom was not functional).

The property suited us well for one night away to accommodate a local wedding. There’s plenty of sleeping space and the property has a nice rustic feel. There is some upkeep that could be done, notably the AC/thermostat and large amounts of dust fell when using the overhead fan. I would expect a little more for the price

We booked this place because it looked nice. Rustic which is what we like. Skylights, hot tub, hardwood floors, mountain views etc.
Lets start with what we liked...
Loved the interior pine woodwork. Tongue and groove walls & ceiling have a wonderful New England cottage feel to them.
The location is great as it was close to everything we wanted to do. It is easy to find and just off a main road. Road noise was not a problem as by 8:30PM during weekdays there is pretty much no traffic. There is ample parking and the landscaping is nicely done.
However, what was shown in the photos was not what we found when we arrived.
The hot tub pictured is NOT the hot tub on the property. It has been changed out with a different one. The one now in place is old, damaged, and smelled terrible. It was unusable. I own a hot tub and know how they should be kept and maintained. The cover was literally falling apart as you opened it. It had an interesting color to the water which we initially thought to be caused by the shell color. But after 5 mins in the tub, we found out otherwise. Did I mention the smell? It was not useable and disappointing as it was one of the primary reasons we booked this property.
The listing when we booked claimed skylights with lots of natural lighting. WRONG! All of the skylights were blocked and appear to be permanently covered over. None of the skylights were visible. There was still daylight in the front rooms but the property description and the photos were not what was actually there.
The amount of dust located on the living room ceiling fan was disgusting. The AC unit looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The lighting fixtures in the bathroom were caked with dust, only 1 of the 3 sink lights worked, and the one that did work kept flickering because the entire socket was loose.
There is no carpeting. It's a laminated floor...which was ok but is not what was written in the description (and which is different from the photos). Also, the bathroom shown in the advertisement photos is not the one you will find. But it was in decent condition.
I am sure the owners will provide some reason for the deficiencies we mentioned. Whatever the reason, it will be insufficient. This felt like a bait and switch. What was advertised was NOT what was provided. The property description was not accurate and the photos are not reflective of what you will find.
Buyer beware.

Had a great time. Property was very accommodating of four adult parents in need of a relaxing escape. Don't expect complete privacy from neighbors or perfect upkeep of property , but these minor issues did not take away from the experience.

Comfortable and centrally located
Our family of 5 (mom, dad and 3 adult children) was comfy here! We loved the hot tub, the well equipped kitchen, and the porches! The beds were comfortable, one son slept on the couch and was fine. The location was 15 minutes from Cannon Mt. where our activities were centered. We also went into Bethlehem. Very cute town center. We had a really relaxing stay. We highly recommend!

Just down the road from Bretton Woods and a quick drive to Cannon. Having the hot tub was great after a day of skiing.

The place was great. Kitchen was pretty sparse in terms of basics (olive oil, salt etc), but otherwise was great.

He said “look under the router” there was no network name or anything. I tried all networks that poped up with the Password: none of them worked. I told him they don’t work. He said he had 10+ properties so I didn’t remember all. Well seriously?? And he came back with a network and a password that also wasn’t found! I told him but he insisted that it. I took a picture that says “this network is not found.” He didn’t even check later on if I could be eventually online. At that point, I gave up. I gave up because he wasn’t willing to help obviously. I totally wasted my work hours because I brought my lab top to work while my son skied. I couldn’t work at all this weekend.
Also his tone of the communication was just not friendly at all, either. Overall, I had never had this kind of owner before! Not only did it screw my work plan, but he also treated us like he was annoyed. Why is someone like this in this business if they don’t want to support for this very important amenity?? I’m waiting for a refund!

We had a great stay at the Harmony Hill Bungalow. We stayed with our two adult children and it was cozy and very comfortable. The house was clean and it had everything we needed. It was also a very convenient location for skiing in Bretton Woods. The host was very nice and responsive. We would love to come back again!

Great for a little getaway
My husband and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway. Check in was super easy and the house was nice and cozy. Best part was the hot tub along with being able to play some foosball!

Family Vacation
This was our second stay at this location. It is a great get away in the White Mountains. The listing could use some updating. There were some shortcomings but these were addressed and responded to in quick fashion by the host. The bungalow is very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Perfect!!!
Check in was a breeze! Home was clean and well stocked with anything you needed. Very convenient to not only find but to also get to nearby attractions. I saw reviews where people were not happy with the location of the washer and dryer, but honestly the hosts do not need to provide this amenity so a little inconvenience is well worth having the washer and dryer for use. Thank you so much! We had an amazing time!

The place was cozy and comfortable, as advertised. The location was convenient to activities in the White Mountain region. It did not have laundry facilities or working cable--but who needs those when enjoying the NH outdoors.

The hot tub fooze ball and yard we’re fabulous. The home is rustic. I could have used more light in the kitchen area. Lovely ground hog living in the back yard.

The property is well lit but needs some bulbs replaced mainly outside lights. The a/c works well and has fans in the bedrooms. Having no dishwasher is okay with the nice sink and faucet. Loved the yard and decks- there are two! Lots of privacy in the yard on the lawn. Loved seeing the night sky!

Great spot in White Mountains
Great spot for a vacation in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The house was very clean and perfect size for two couples. Huge lawn outback with great views and space to relax. Plenty of hikes within 20 minutes and cute downtown areas to explore 20 minutes in another direction. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. No hassles and great experience.

Killer location with all needs met
Really great location if you want to access all things winter...downhill skiing, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, fatbiking...whatever you're into. We actually worked remotely and then played around our schedules and this spot made it really easy to do that. The heat worked great, the WiFi was great, the hot tub was a serious plus. Overall, great spot for what we (three good adventurous friends) needed for both work and play. Check it out!
