place was clean , hot water, air conditioner worked great. Nice pool , friendly staff
There was no one at the property full time. you have to WhatsApp when you want to check out , or if a staff member was around.

Location was good. Close to some nice restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. High praise for their efforts.
For personal reasons I had to depart early from my 11 night stay by 3 nights. The owner refused to allow me to return to use these paid-for nights in upcoming months. Is this a way to do business and have return guests? I'm disappointed by this refusal.

The apartment is in safe and almost quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped and, the ac is working fine. The beach, lots of restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance.
The best thing after a long day at the beach is the pool!!
Everything was so good that I extended my stay in Zihua.
