The price is good
Very dirty place. Room smelled like humid. There's no sink in the bathroom. Bathroom was extremely dirty.

Staff were friendly. Very cheap.
Room/bathroom was pretty dirty and smelly. Property is a mess (rubble and trash bags lying around, etc). Rooms need maintenance (sockets falling out of walls, lights missing bulbs, beds broken).

many locals were staying there, we were the only western people. very cheap, staff was friendly and organised us a driver for borbodur+Prambanan. about half an hour walk to Malioboro Street
no sink (only showers and toilet), the room needed some maintenance, we had a big hole in one wall, not very clean

got a very affordable price for family and they were happy to be here since it's comfy and clean here

It's super clean. You can tell even since walk through the corridor. The facilities they provide are exactly what we need. The bed is comfy. They always make up the room properly. The breakfast is quite tasty. The warm water works well. The AC is well-maintained.

Very poor attention and no help to you if you need help or ask something.
Bad english also, as a traveller i dont reccomend this place, specially for the poor attention of the staff, also in the restaurant
