Ce n'est pas un immeuble de placement appartenant à des gens qui ne visitent jamais la région. Ceci est notre maison de vacances personnelle et future maison de retraite. Nous visitons la région aussi souvent que nous le pouvons et nous l'aimons pour son atmosphère paisible et paisible.
Nous sommes nouveaux propriétaires et nous avons personnellement rénové cette maison avec notre propre touche. Première fois disponible pour louer pour vos vacances parfaites. Presque tout est neuf, y compris le bain à remous. Barre humide. Cuisine bien approvisionnée. Chaise haute.

I love the beach in November. This was the perfect girls getaway. The house was private, had plenty of space for us, and a big enough kitchen to cook all the meals. The hot tub was a hit, would definitely stay again!

This experience well exceeded our expectations. We needed some R and R and this location was a bullseye. The house was really cozy, the hot tub gave us a spectacular view of the stars. The Carova Beach experience was excellent. We will be back and rent a Jeep again for the beach drive. Thank you Renee and Dan!!!

We wanted something away from the tourist traps, and this place delivered. The weather was amazing and the only disappointment the entire trip was having to pack up and go home. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

If I could give 10☆ I would😍!! Rene and Dan have an awesomeeee house and are great hosts. The house is even better then the pictures. The hot tub was super clean and beyond relaxing. The wild horses came right up and under the decks in the yard. They have lots of cool games, there was plenty to do. The weather and beach were perfect. Driving on the beach was super awesome as well. We meet some locals who we now are friends with and keeping in touch with each other, so cool...Honestly it's like a unreal fantasy dream, but it's soo incredibly real and gorgeous...🌙🐎🐠🐚⛱️🌊⭐️! Can't wait to book again for next year, think it will be a two week vacation this time...Thank you for everything and opening your breathtaking house and 4x4 beachs to us....Soo in love with OBX...❤🥰❣️!! This home was absolutely perfect! The location was what we expected and the cleanliness was exceptional. We didnt use the hot tub, as it was too hot, but also had a strong bleach odor. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 1 child for 2 nights and 6 adults and 1 child the other 5. Loved the beach as well as the horses who came to visot the home twice during our week. We were locked out at one point (our error) and we got in touch with Rene in a matter of minutes. Exceptional vacation and we will be back!

We had the best time this week. The owners were so prompt in responding to our messages. Our kids enjoyed seeing the horses eat in the backyard and our dogs loved playing ball on the beach. We loved it so much we already booked our week for next July!!

Very secluded you diffidently will see horses. And a 11 mile drive on the beach to get to property..My daughter just graduated from high school and she loves horses, so I thought it would be a great idea to go the outer banks and see the wild horses.Perfect! House was very clean and comfortable! If you want to make plans to mayjor towns it takes at least 40 min drive on the beach speed limit is 15 mph.Make sure you get gas and gricery store before you go on beach assess to get to property! Enjoyed are stay! We would diffidently come back! Thank you!

First of all the pictures don’t show how amazing the house truly is! We didn’t read the ad and realize that we needed linens such as towels and sheets. We were able to survive though we only stayed two nights. Communication was excellent between the property owner. It’s a pretty long drive down the beach so be prepared bring food to get by, the hot tub is really nice. We did see a horse on the property and it’s secluded which we really liked!

The host is incredible. Hands down. The property is an adventure to get to and everything we wanted from a beach vacation.
We made beautiful beach drive in our Subaru day in and day out, tide in and tide out. We loved the memories made staying outside of town, visiting the towns, driving on the beach, exploring the islands, seeing wild horses every day, and new things we learned. On the way to the house, we pressured down tires to 20 psi, which takes less than 10 minutes, made it no problem. High tide we had to take some back routes, which everyone does and made it every time. Free air is available right where the pavement starts to pressure backup for longer drives. Food Lion is easy to get to and the host recommended some great places to visit.
If you like to make memories, ready for the beach mindset and are open to adventures…this is the place. Age ranges from 65 to 3…everyone had a blast.

We had a great time in our vacation! We loved driving on the beach, getting in the hot tub, and seeing all the horses! The new decks were nice to relax on. The owners were so nice and he let us bring all of our dogs! There were issues with the AC and a broken board and they were fixed promptly. We had wonderful shrimp from the farmers market. Great fried chicken from the chicken coop. Make sure you bring all of your grocery items because getting to town is a haul. We also had fun on a rainy day at the indoor arcade and souvenir shopping. We didn’t hear a single car from our house- we really enjoyed the sounds of the ocean and the quiet. It was a nice getaway. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a secluded, quiet getaway!!!!

Entry lights did not work, shower was worse than a locker room - had mildew and had plainly not been cleaned in a long while. Stove had dog hair on surface, sofa was sticky and covered in sand, floors were sandy, king mattress had huge drop in center, we called manager and was told no one could come clean- I had to clean the house before we could use shower, kitchen. We tried to get another house and could not, so we had to stay. Would not recommend this property. Owner said they would refund cleaning fee and $100 and has not as of today 5/20/2023.

Absolutely gorgeous, nestled in the trees. Beautiful woodwork. Design lifting upward with unique windows that shaped the sunlight. Comfortable and restful. Porches off bedrooms and living room that portered closeness with nature - to hear the ocean! I long to return and will.

We had a great time. Great private location in the 4x4 area just a short walk/ride to the beach. Hosts were great communicators, empathetic and accommodating. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway spot in the OBX.

Don't hesitate to book this property! Private. Beautiful. Clean. Adventurous and beautiful beach drive to the house, and the horses were beautiful!!! From start to finish I felt relaxed and grateful. Very nice vacation home, we enjoyed the peace and quiet, so relaxing. The hot tub was a plus, the beach was beautiful and watching the horses walk the dunes was amazing. Highly recommend staying here, we will be back!!

This house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the games and the fire pit. The location is perfect to enjoy all that Carova has to offer. We loved seeing the horses and enjoying the beach. Can’t wait to return.

We were very comfortable and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The host was extremely attentive and the house was very nicely stocked. We would stay here again.

The property needs a better cleaning person and more attention to detail. Mattress covers are dirty and hairy. One mattress is completely sunk in. Kitchen needs a good scrub. We had to clean before use of any items. Porch is scary. Do not lean on railing. Outdoor seating is lacking. A/C does not work. We went in September and it was still very hot upstairs in kitchen and family room area. We would have opened more windows but screens are bad and so are bugs. Better description of how to access property would be good. Area is beautiful. Definitely back to this area.

It was a wonderful trip and we most definitely will be returning. The home was in a nice location and very warming. The home owners were great and very prompted to answering questions.
Driving on the beach was a fun experience for all of us. The water this time a year is perfect! The only thing negative thing I can say is to bring a lot of bug spray as the mosquitoes are horrible into evening and night. Not down at the beach area just at the house due to it being back more in a wooded area. Other than that it was a GREAT stay...

The house was very comfortable and secluded. We were in the Outer Banks celebrating our Silver Anniversary and what a great time we had!!! We had the property all to ourselves until our very last night when the house right next door was rented. We made the most precious memories during this trip. The horses stayed hidden from us until our Anniversary date (August 4th) we had an encounter with 4 horses on the beach on our ride into town for dinner! This was the best beach vacation ever! So unique, so different, so cool !! The house was great. Clean, roomy & equipped with everything you need ! Decorated so nice ! Fire pit & charcoal grill also ! The hot tub on the deck was great ! The owners respond immediately to any questions you may have ! Fair warning If you think driving on this beach is like Daytona beach, it’s definitely nothing like that at all !! It’s quite the adventure !! You definitely need the right vehicle & Yeti coolers for this trip ! Over packing ice, water, food & your beverages is my suggestion. There’s no such thing as I am running to the store be right back.. it was So convenient to drive to the beach with all beach gear & cooler in the truck without packing & unpacking. It’s the only way we want to beach it now !!! Seeing horses almost everyday was beyond amazing & seeing dolphins was a great suprise ! Our 7 year old granddaughter had the time of her life seeing the horses & hot tubbing it !! We Highly recommend this property & we will absolutely be back !!!

We saw this property when we stayed at Carova Beach last year. We liked the look and location of the unit. We booked the property in November and got a Wednesday to Tuesday stay (no OBX weekend traffic chaos!) Our communication with Dan and Rene was simple, predictable, and effective. We had zero surprises and a terrific stay. Horse Inn Around is a winner! 5/5
