Helpful hosts. Clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment. Quiet, convenient location.

Could not park on the street and the garage was a bit difficult to get in and out of. However, we did find a small car park near the end of the street.

Very modern, clean and spacious apartment. Secure garaged parking space also which was ample for my large car. The town of Sirolo only a short walk and in the other direction a short walk to Numano. 10 min walk to the beach. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here AC and heating both great and a very good shower room.

Access to the beach is via a long staircase, the walk back up was a little tiring! Nothing to complain about from the apartment to be honest.

Beautiful and cozy apartments. The apartments are very clean and tidy. Very suitable for families with children. The apartments has absolutely everything (except a dishwasher). The apartment is located in a quiet place. The beach is a 10 min walk away from the apartment. A easy reach of shops and restaurants. Great welcoming and a bottle of wine as a gift. The position of the apartment Is excellent, being on a quiet residential street in a condominium with three Floors. We were there the night Italy won the European soccer championship and there was no noise at all. The owners met us and explained the house in English and Italian. They were very friendly. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and firm. Lots of hot water in the shower. Although we didn’t sit on the ground floor patio it had a table and chairs and seemed nice. The air conditioner worked well and there were independent units in the bedroom and the living/dining area.

The neighbors didn’t like it when we parked our car on the street for a few minutes to unload. Several different people passing by told us the local police would give us a ticket if we stayed there, but that didn’t happen. This really isn’t anything our hosts can do anything about. Just so other guests are aware of the neighborhood rules.

everything was very smooth nice and central ! we really loved to stay the hosts were very helpful and gave us many tips . they have very nice apartment very central to move between the towns . there was no single problem whatsoever ! we recommended 100 percent !

Perfectly located with Numana and Sirolo plus great beaches in walking distance. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean.
