We had a great family week in the apartment. The apartment was everything we expected from the details and we particularly enjoyed the position, how quiet it was and the pool. Great spot to enjoy the local beaches, town and getting to nearby places like Cannes and we did a trip to Monaco on the train. We had a great week!

Nice appartment close to both Antibes Old town and Juan Les Pins centre. The area of the appartment is very clean and quiet, with a great swimmingpool. Walking distance to a big supermarked. We were a family of 5, and managed easily without a car, since the appartment is close to bus and train to for example Nice and Cannes. We had a great stay!

My Family had a lovely stay in this property. Maik was always at the end of a phone ,,or email to answer any questions we had. There is a beautiful pool,table tennis ,and tennis court which we as a family used a lot.

Enjoyed Trip and the flat as well as the pool Good located so could did Not Need car too often

We are very disappointed with the apartment and and can not recomend it to anyone. We stayed there in 14 days during summer 2022. The appartment was very worned out and not at all as advertised. The walls had big scratches, the bedroms was not fully equipped, the bathroom had moisture damages and so on. The nice garden were completely full of tall grass and plants that made it impossible to use. It was stated in the ad that the apartment had air conditioning and was climatised, but that was not correct. The appartment only had a small and old unit, that in the varm summerdays only gave a breeze to the living room. The temperature were therefore 30-40 degrees in the sleeping rooms throughout our stay. The appartment was not clean. I sent pictures to the host upon arrival and it was really nasty. All of the crockery and cutlery were stained and sticky and the dishwasher hadn't been cleaned in several months and was full of food residue and grease. We did complaint. The host was at first accommodating and she actually sent someone to check on the aircondition unit. But it was not much to do as the unit was to small and did not have any power to cool down the appartment. She also promised to send a gardener who never showed up. As long as things were not fixed and we understand that she did not really care the tone changed. Out of a sudden she then accused us of giving false reports as she explained that the technician who had been there said the «aircondtion works fine». I tried to explain that she must have known that this unit was to small to cool down the appartment. We asked for a reduction in the price as the apartment did not contain the standard or facilities that were in the ad. The host refused our request but refunded for cleaning. We are still dicussing the matter. I also asked for help frem VRBO but they sent the terms which state that they do not go into cases and leave it to the host and tenant to sort out the matter themselves. It is really sad because this could have been a really nice appartment if it was not so neclected. The pool and the area is perfect.

Had a great time exploring the Antibes area from this comfortable property. Particularly enjoyed the pool and location.

the owner couldn't have been more helpful in the run up to our holiday. Answering all our questions and concerns during the Covid crisis. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs, with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with garden and much needed air conditioning. Everything was within walking distance - there's a supermarket round the corner, the old town is about 10 minutes walk and the beaches and restaurants of Juan-les-Pins are just down the hill. Our three year old was perfectly happy walking everywhere. We went during August, when all the other apartments were full of French holiday makers who go to the same aprtment every year at the same time. They were extremely welcoming and the swimming pool had a lovely social atmosphere. All in all, a great holiday in a lovely place. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly welcome. Very convenient for exploring Antibes and st Juan-les-Pins which are walking distance. Very nice large communal pool and tennis court Owners helpful and responded to queries promptly. Very good value!
