The location was great

The fotos on Booking.com had absolute no reference to the apartment. It looked at felt like staying in a student's room which was quickly/half cleaned before he/she went home to visit his parents for the weekend.

Loved the location in the Latin quarter. Such a lively and vibrant area. Easy enough to walk to attractions.

Needing some attention. In a bit of disrepair and could do with a decent clean. We found that some items were broken or don’t function (broken key box and no Netflix) 4 flights of stairs is not great for anyone carrying heavy luggage or for anyone older or with disabilities. There is a bar downstairs and noise from the street is quite frequent and loud with the windows open. This didn’t bother us too much, but if you are a light sleeper it might. Communication between management and guests needs to be improved. We asked several times for early check-in and this was never acknowledged or answered, yet when a request was coming from management (payment, check-out time etc) communication came promptly and with a reminder attached each time that if we didn’t follow instructions we would lose the 350 euro deposit that we were required to put up in case of damages (and this was asked for a few days prior to our arrival) The last minute email request for city tax to be left in cash on the table was also inconvenient. This could be improved by incorporating into the booking price.

This was a self catering apartment, small but cosy! Comfy bed, really good location, right on a buzzing lively square, lots of places to eat and shop.

The cleanliness of the shower,and taps on hand basin, was not good, really needs improvement. No info regarding the 77 stairs to the apartment before booking! It was ok, but older & unfit people would possibly find that difficult.

Location is great, in the lively Latin Quarter with plenty of bars and cafes around. Apartment, bit smaller than had hoped, but excellent and cosy.

is time for a spruce up… the apartment is a little tired… needs a decent clean or a change of photos to reflect its current state..

Location was excellent

The bed was quite uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle. Towels provided were poor- only one large towel and all very thin. A couple of loud late night parties during our stay across the road. Heating was ok but in the cold weather wasn’t the best.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to the Cardinal Limone metro station and lots of restaurants/cafes. Enough space for two with storage and plenty of seating (sofa and two chairs). The small kitchen was useful for making drinks.

It’s advertised that there isn’t a lift in the property and there are 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment which we accepted when we booked, however, the reality of this is that it’s pretty tiring going up each day after walking a lot in Paris (so a point to consider for less active people perhaps). We did find the area quite noisy on some late evenings as there was a bar playing loud music across the road and other people in the apartment building being noisy in the corridor. The apartment didn’t quite look the like the photos and we felt some of it was a bit tired and could be improved, including replacing the mattress for a better quality one.

Amazing location, in the hear of Latin Quarter. Very cosy apartment (smaller than seemed on the pictures) - more than enough for a couple using the place just for rest. JB & Julien were very supportive & responsive! Definitely recommend & would stay there again.

Apartment is not that fresh anymore and could use some 'refreshment' but it's not something that affected our general rating & feeling.

We stayed in the Superior Apartment. It’s a good price for an entire apartment and the location is absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to other couples and book again myself.

Be aware that you have to bring (or buy in one of the plenty nearby shops) toiletpaper and shampoo.

The location was very good. very close to the metro and filled with soooo many restaurants from all different countries. It felt safe and comfortable

it wasn’t super mega equipped.. there was one hand soap only (no shower gel or anything) and one big towel and a small one for each of us which wasn’t ideal, but it wasn’t that bad either

The location in the Latin Quarter was amazing. Only a few steps to countless restaurants and boulangeries. We were gone the majority of the days we were there, so the apartment was fine for what we needed. The host made check in very easy, and allowed us to drop our luggage while it was being cleaned before check in.

Basic, mostly served our needs, but could definitely use a bit of TLC. We knew it was on the top floor with stair only access, but after very long days of a lot of walking, we were convinced ending the day with those stairs would kill us. One piece that we found to be incredibly annoying was towards the end of our stay, the host sent us a message asking us to pay the €7 city tax. The website wasn't working to pay with card, and we didn't have exactly €7 to leave in cash. That charge should be included in the total cost of the rental. It was an unnecessary inconvenience to have to deal with in the middle of a busy travel schedule.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. They called us a cab to take us to the train station on checkout and always had good recommendations for places to eat in the area. Accommodation was very nice as well, very comfortable beds! Location was excellent, close to everything you’d want to see over a weekend trip.

The location was perfect - Had a kitchen - Checkin was smooth - Big TV and many subscriptions (although we did not use it)

- Very late checkin ( This was my first time being allowed to checkin after 15:00 :/ ) - No slippers in the bathroom - Deposit guarantee (I travel frequently but this was again the first time that the property owner asks for this)

No problems encountered.

I liked the room we had, the bed was comfortable & it was equipped most of the essential equipment. It is also situated in a lively area with many bars and restaurants on your door step, But on a very quiet street.

Unfortunately it was on the 4th floor & there was no elevator, so was a bit of a climb after a day of walking. Also very hot at night with no proper air con.

Strangely only one dinner plate. Wasn’t clear there was no oven/microwave. Was an iron but no ironing board. But main problem was the building work ongoing in the neighbouring flat. A notice on the flat door made it clear work was starting the week before we arrived but we weren’t given any notice. The bathroom was being replaced and the first three days as it was stripped out were very noisy from early in the morning. Disappointing.

Spacious, clean bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom. I enjoyed getting to know the neighborhood. Correspondence with owner was timely, clear, and helpful.

Nice parisienne and relative big apartment. The location is great.very nice neighborhood with good atmosphere and a lot of bars and restaurants are near by. Bed is comfortable. .

There are 2 types of rooms in this location ! when I booked it there was no clue about it. I did not choose any room and thought it 's the only one. The pictures were taken from the rooms and are mixed. The owner blamed me and sayed that is my fault but I think I could not know it. More lights in the room could be nice.
