There wasn't anything I didn't like

This self contained 2 bed flat has just about everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Just like being at home. With the pull out sofa bed it’s big enough to sleep 5 people.

The only downside is a lack of parking at the property. However, there are residential streets opposite which is only a minutes walk away.

Quiet, well equipped - no Wi-Fi but company remedied that quickly by giving code for neighbouring flat.

Flat 9 was probably the smelliest place I have ever stayed in. A mix of damp, cigarettes and curry at a guess. We have stayed in a different flat previously and although that needed some TLC the cost and convenience made up for the shortcomings. This flat needs the carpet replaced as I suspect previous guests have left roof lights open allowing water into the carpet - but now the smell is so bad that you can’t not keep the roof lights open whenever it isn’t raining. The poor state of the accommodation wasn’t reflected in the pricing.

Modern ish

Ordered a 2 bed property and the 2nd bed was broke and in addition it had no bedding so I had to sleep in a chair with my coat over me. In addition the whole of my break was spent trying to sort this out, I phoned them up to 5 times a day, it didn’t get sorted, I’m trying at present to get my money back. Further to that I photographed rats in the garden were rubbish was piled up an left at the end of my garden, In addition there was smashed glass in my garden at both ends.

it is a place to stay near the road, friendly neighbours who allowed us to park nearby

I paid extra to have an early check in but it looks like it was rushed, the essential checks were not done hence missing a towel, TV and remote wasn’t checked ( not working) , there was an unpleasant smell when we arrived.

They have not refunded my deposit or given any reason for not refunding my deposit. I have asked many times and given several weeks for them to process the return of my deposit. WARNING - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT TO BE KEPT BY THEM WITH NO REASON GIVEN AND NO EXPLANATION. REMEMBER - THEY ARE LIVING THE OPULENT LIFE BY KEEPING YOUR DEPOSIT

Next to a Tram stop so easy to get into Sheffield. Shower was excellent. Nicely decorated Beds very comfortable. Attentive of hosts

Too many cushions on the bed :) Not into soft furnishings. Lot of noise from passing cars and Trams from 6am. Lack of hanging space in small bedroom. No teaspoons in cutlery drawer

it was smelly - the bedroom smelled like faeces, the rug in the living room looked dirty and was stained. there was no washing up liquid left to do dishes, the freezer was unusable.

While the property is outside the city it did have a tram available just a couple of minutes walk from the property; The beds were comfortable and of decent size. Sufficient appliances in the property and a decent shower.

Firstly, the room booked was changed shortly before arrival, which did not have the bedroom facilities requested. I had requested a discount for the inconvenience, and while my request was acknowledged, not action was ever taken since. Disappointed - The entry procedures provided (to the front door, which was located off the street) were poorly described. These instructions could have been much more clearly conveyed (e.g. being informed that the keypad is the one without a sticker, despite most of them not having a sticker), which I would strongly suggest that the owner revise these instructions. I would also strongly advocate with the aid of images (e.g. different keypad locations and where on the property they are located). This resulted in frustration when trying to enter the property during rainfall late at night. Overall, while I did receive phone calls (albeit typically at inconvenient times), but the (written) communication (email and messages) was arguably disorganised with lots of verbiage that could and should have been communicated more clearly. Very Disappointed and unsatisfactory - On entering the premises there was a very potent smell, which was similar to a property that had smokers. The carpet in the kitchenette was lifting, which posed a health and safety risk due to the tripping. The carpets throughout need replaced as they were also stained and probably a significant factor with the bad smell throughout. The tea towel provided was badly stained and looked like it hadn't be washed. Satisfactory at best - While parking was free, the parking instructions and location were very unclear. Parking was in an area in a housing area removed from where the property was actually located (i.e. to the rear of the property on an overlooking street). Again, clearer instructions (with aid of photos) would have made the arrival process much smoother.

Location to a family venue was good easy to get to. Nice and clean everything we needed for a good weekend.

No parking. 2 double beds ideally needed 2 singles. Faily busy road noise.

The appartment was clean and when I reported a problem the team were quick to respond.

It was dark when trying to put in the codes to get the keys . The booking process was stressful due to friends staying and needing ID . Also confirmation of codes i feel was too late for our arrival . Should be sent earlier that day .

Tbh from start to finish it was a bit of a disaster. I booked for me and my friends to stay here for our friends 31st birthday. On our 3 hour drive to this location I noticed my booking was somehow still incomplete… I hadn’t added my ID or paid the £100 deposit. I uploaded my ID about 6 times and each time it went through it kept disappearing so I assumed they must have received it but I didn’t realise if they don’t receive this (properly), they will not send you the check in information and you will end up being stuck outside the property for 20 mins on the phone to customer services trying to sort it out so you can actually enter… We finally got in after working out the 3 different lots of codes you need for check ins and went inside. The apartment was nice inside but one of the quilts was stained, microwave was pretty filthy and the kettle didn’t work so couldn’t make any hot drinks this morning! I had asked if we were able to check out later as we arrived pretty late anyway and already had many issues but we were told we had to check out by 10:30am or pay a £30 late leaving charge. After leaving at 10:30 we went to where we had parked the car (on the right side of the apartments there is a private car park). We arrived late and in the dark so assumed this must be the apartments ‘car park’ but no. This site is false advertising ‘parking’ as there is none! Our car had been locked inside a car park today for HOURS! We could not get the car out of the car park and even if we could.. the car was blocked in by another vehicle.

The place was filthy. Fridge wasn’t working and stunk the place out, cigarette burns in the tables, shoe prints on the supposed clean bedding. Tried to contact to complain but had no response

It was conveniently located, clean and quiet.

The bathroom could do with a few improvements. There is not a single place to hang towels (a towel rail/hook or two wouldn't go amiss). The shower holder on the wall could do with (a) being fixed to the wall properly, so it doesn't flop uselessly creating an instantaneous bog on the floor (b) being replaced with a fixture which allows it to tilt preventing the aforementioned bog from forming and allowing for proper shower rather than having to sit in the bath and having a one-armed shower while getting cold.

The property was very clean and in amazing location as tram stop was right outside the flat so a very short ride into main Sheffield.

Not many necessities, no tea towels for kitchen, no paper towels, no bedroom storage. Zero storage in one bedroom, no drawers or wardrobe so we had to live out of our suitcase the whole weekend. Very little decoration, no pictures, decorations or rugs, felt like you just moved into a brand new flat almost. The drain in the shower was very slow so could only have quick shower and also hot water went off at one point. Heater in bedroom did not work.
