It was very clean, nice , and beautiful shower room with a comfortable bed,
I had a issue with the entrance lock but it was a first time, otherwise it was a formidable time

Did not care for location. Downtown Fort Lauderdale is nice the location seem secluded and not well visible street lights.
The access code process it took about 30-to an 1 hour to finally upload information needed

The rooms were clean. Air con didn’t perform and wouldn’t go below 76 degrees.
The entire check in process is remote. You’re given a link to a site to fill in personal information, take photos of your driver license, plus take a selfie to upload and reenter your credit card info. Then your directed to a link to download an app called JRNY to give you access to your room. The app never worked as “error, unable to connect to server” kept appearing. It took half an hour to get a hold of a live person. This hotel has no checkin desk or staff on site. It’s all done remotely. A 150 refundable deposit is place on my card until checkout. A day after I checked out a get a message they made a “mistake” and that they forgot to include the cleaning fee so they were only going to partially refund the 150. I booked through bookingcom and there was no mention of a no. Refundable cleaning fee. I’m disputing the charge. Never will I stay here again!!!!

It was very private. Located in a private neighborhood, but close to things. Very quiet.

Room was “tight”, would have appreciated a couch and a regular rather then tall table and chair set. Please add some drawers for cloth storage.

Quick one night stay before a cruise. Hotel was in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! Beautiful property and would 100% stay again.

There is a Whole Foods Market close by for any requirements and a Dunkin for fresh coffee within 50 yards and a Wings outlet similar distance. So plenty of takeaway options.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom with kitchen, and it was nice-sized for the price, clean, and we felt pretty safe there. Whole Foods was less than a minute walk, and what we needed was all within walking distance.
