Description is false. Said 75m2 and the location on the map showed close to beach road, reality is 35m2 and the location is on the other side of second road. In my opinion not suitable for 6 people and over priced.

Very nice private condo and think it would have been good if we have had a car and had the correct information, BUT the marketing at booking.com was wrong so the expectations were totally wrong. It said 50 meters from the beach but it turned out to be 500-1000 meters and "far" away from food shops. The directions we got ended up in a closed seafood shop at the beach and I used 3-4 hours to sort it out. Also it said the condo should be 75 sqm but it was maximum 50 sqm. The rental manager was very helpfull, serviceminded and kept times, but she was not available at sight all the time and what could she do about wrong marketing. The equipment in the condo and access to bed sheets and towels were very good. Big refrigerator and good washing machine. Nice hot water and a little shop in the building.

The check in was 3-4 hours delayed because of the wrong marketing. Also had to use extra time to get the water working and new batteries for the A/C remote control. The WiFi had no Internet during the entire stay. Had two air conditioners but the one in the living room needed service, but it worked partly. Most of all I were disappointed about that "I paid extra" for a stay with children close to the beach and food shops, but instead had to use extra money and time at transportation.

It is listed as a luxury accommodation-It is!!! The condo is first class, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the overall decor is nicely done-I’d go so far to say professionally done. The room was quiet and there was a nice view from each of the oversized windows. The bed was very comfortable and the drapes were heavy to block all light even on the brightest mornings.

No downside to this condo
