Завтрак по системе шведского стола. Все свежее и вкусное. Пообедать и ужинать можно в ресторане при отеле, но ценник приличный. Хотя кухня вкусная и разнообразная. При желании всегда можно рядом найти множество разных ресторанчиков.

Персонал плохо говорит по английски и совсем не говорит по русски.

Location was very central and close to the major railway station. Room was clean and was sufficient for a short stay. Restaurant next door had great food - not particularly cheap though. Staff did their best to understand me and be helpful. Brought out the adventurous spirit in me!

It wasn't noted on your description that this hotel did not accept foreign credit cards even though it had the Visa, Mastercard etc logos. It also didn't state that the hotel did not have any fluent English speaking staff. This created a stressful arrival and calling Booking.com offered very little help in solving the problem. The TV in the room had only Chinese speaking programs - again this wasn't clear when booking - and the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow.

Friendly and professional staff. The food at the restaurant is really good. Bed very comfortable.

We only stayed one night on route to Sanya. The hotel is really beautiful and really comfortable. Excellent value for money and the breakfast was great too!
