Great location. Short walk to beach and many places to eat. Owners very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Very easy to get a grab car or bike to ancient town.

Really nice ,small hotel run by local family. 5 minute walk from beach. Close to bars restaurants and local market. Easy ride into Hoi An. Family who run the hotel were lovely.

Swimming pool is a bit disappointing but as the beach was just round the corner with free sun beds it didn't matter. Could have made use of some drawers in the room.

Lovely family business tucked away on a quiet side street in An Bang. Minutes from the beach and delicious restaurants. Tasty choice of breakfast in the morning and free bicycles. Gave good recommendations for what to do nearby.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The wifi was very strong, which was important to me because I needed to work remotely. The hosts were really lovely.

The swimming pool picture is misleading - it is actually a tiny pool right by the roadside. There aren't any communal places to chill and the location is at the back end of the town where you can hear the main road. I moved after 3 days to a much nicer place near the beach.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were as comfortable as possible and that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was nice and served fresh and hot. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the a/c worked really well and the shower was great. They even lent us bikes to go into the old town and set up a kids seat on the back of one of them for our youngest son. We had a very lovely stay.

It was listed as beachfront but it was a good 10 min walk to the beach. The pool was nice but more decorative than anything else. It was very small and placed right by the front desk and stairs.

I liked the staff's hosting as well as the location of the villa which is within 500 mtrs of An Bang Beach. Villa Staff went out of their way to arrange for the rental bike at the hotel and asked only for the genuine market prices. Moreover, they arranged my untidy room as well (organized the clothes in the cupboard etc) which is very rare to see at any other hotel. On the top of that, they welcomed and greeted us with the Welcome drink as well as provided us with the farewell drink during checkout. Awesome staff people to interact with. Very Supportive!

Our stay was lovely! The room was clean and a decent size, with a good shower and comfy bed. The location was awesome, 5 min walk to the beach near lots of cute restaurants and bars. The family was very accomodating, giving us ponchos for the rain and recommending great places/shops to go. There are also bikes to borrow which were super useful to ride into the old town with. Highly recommend getting the breakfast, it was delicious! Nothing bad, everything was great, especially for such a good price - would definitely stay again!

Walking distance to the beach,where you will find nice restaurants and bars ,only about 4km from old town , staff are amazing ,flower went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. On our last day, she made us a home made feast which was delicious.

We had a fantastic few days staying here whilst visiting Hoi An/An Bang. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach with lots of lovely bars and restaurants along the way. We also walked into Hoi An a couple of times which was nice and took about an hour each way.

The familiy is super sweet and they provide excellent service. The room is big, lot's of natural light and very clean. Calm surroundings, 10 minutes with motorbike from the city. Cute village, and close to the beach. It's a little bit remote but it has everything you need (shops etc.).

Our stay was more than we hoped for. Only thing: on the pictures the pool looks big, but it's not ;)

The Staff was really friendly and very helpful. Their Family also have a restaurant and they delivered the food with some extra desserts. The Breakfast is really good and the room are very big and with a large balcony. The Shower has really hot water, which was very good, because we arrived on our Motorbike after a very long and rainy trip.

Owners very friendly and helpful Location about 3 blocks from sand, 2 blocks from restaurants, 1 block to vegetable/ fruit market and mini mart. Location in neighborhood/ homestay street. Nothing wrong with it. Actually more peaceful than beach area. We highly recommend!

Only issue with getting a taxi back is that they couldn’t find it first off happened on several occasions but that isn’t the hosts issue, it’s a short walk to the beach and getting into Hoi An is a very short taxi ride away or hire a bike so easy! The family who run this place are brilliant and anything they can do to help they will. Very good value for money.

Of all my stays during my Vietnam trip, this was by far the best! The room was spacious and the balcony was a lovely addition as well as the pool. It's in a quiet residential area and is a short walk from the beach as well as a 10-15 min cab ride to Hoi An Old Town. The staff are incredibly helpful and obliging also.

Amazing shower and bed

Everything was great. Fabulous breakafast. Great spacious room. Clean and modern bathroom. Free bikes in good condition. Our host arranged for us skuter rent and trip to bana hills with transfer to Da Nang after that where was our next stop. She gave us many advices what to see and do in Hoi An.

Everything was excellent.

1 year for old, very modern and clean. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, short walk to beach. We even had owner cook us an outstanding dinner one night.

Like everything, only downside wouldn’t call us a Grab to airport instead set us up with taxi/family member.
