The room was splendid. And the property is beautiful. Most of the staff are friendly and very helpful

Upon arrival, there is one employee that was on her phone. She saw us but completely ignored us. I mean, at least give us a confirmation that someone will be there to attend us or something.

I like its location as it's nearby Calle Crisologo.

-hard beds -not so clean towels -diluted shower gel: almost like water -not visible staff -slow and inefficient wifi as you need to keep logging in

There's nothing I like about the property. What you see in the pictures on booking is the other way around what you see in the hotel itself.

I had a late checked-in and when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist doesn't answer my call and when he did, he can't even give directions clearly. When I enter at the reception, it was so dark, and the receptionist just came from sleep, smells bad too. When I entered the room, it doesn't look like the one on the pictures uploaded on booking. The rooms smells so bad, the pillows and bedsheets, has bad smell too. The bathroom is so dirty and towels are not good even. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone because it's so disappointing.

Its great for its price.. clean and very accommodating staffs.. with toiletries and free water.. accessible for transportations.. free wifi.. with hot and cold shower.. the aircon is perfectly working.. you can have your breakfast if you want..

No netflix or youtube but they have cable channels so its still good..

The entrance was not so obvious at 1st.

Location. It's not in the middle where most of the happening is, but it's walkable. It's a good balance of quiet and chaotic (more on the quiet side). And more importantly, good value for what we paid. The room is big enough for two persons.

Outlets are scarce. We need to do some work so we need to work around the ample outlets found in the room.

The staffs (think they are a couple) very friendly.

Yung first palang na check in namen, medyo off na. We requested early check in tapos may available room na, meron daw may special request. From 6am we are waiting, kami ung nauna na may special request din but we were not immediately accommodated. Nakapag check in na kami ng 12 kung hindi pa nagreklamo. 2nd. Check out time. Initially upon check in we advised the caretakers na may possibility na mag extend because of the travel time and we were told na may extra fee, which we agreed. Tapos etong si owner, pinabook LAHAT ng rooms without giving a consideration to us. I'll never go back to that place and won't be using booking.com again. I would prefer other platforms. We ended up looking for a transient na magaaccommodate sa amin ng 8 more hours while I am in a meeting!!
