Sehr schöne Terrasse mit fantastischem Blick. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen ruhig gelegen, was hier eine Seltenheit ist. Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung ist gut und gemütlich. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine im hinteren Teil der Wohnung macht einen neuen Eindruck und wäscht hervorragend. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher werden geliefert. Reinigungsmaterial wie Spüli, Küchenkrepp etc ist vorhanden, auch Waschmittel und ein Staubsauger.

Matratzen und Lattenrost sind nicht mehr sehr bequem (vor 2 Jahren besser). Der Tisch auf der Terrasse, den wir auch zum Essen benutzt haben, ist schon etwas wackelig. Etwas problematisch ist das Parken. Die gesamte Calle Adelfas ist eine Baustelle und im gesamten Ort herrscht sowieso großer Parkplatzmangel. Unser Aufenthalt war leider nicht sehr erholsam. Bei Ankunft funktionierte die Dusche nicht, kein Wasser. Alex organisierte einen Handwerker, der am Folgetag feststellte, dass die Armatur kaputt war. Noch am gleichen Tag wurde die Armatur ausgetauscht. Herzlichen Dank an Alex für seinen effektiven Einsatz! Leider war die Armatur nicht dicht, nach dem Wochenende musste der Handwerker wieder kommen. Dies wiederholte sich. Als dann alles ganz gut aussah, gab es plötzlich in der ganzen Anlage überhaupt kein Wasser mehr. Dies war ein ungeplanter Effekt der Bauarbeiten an der Straße. Irgendwann kam wieder Wasser, wir freuten uns. Leider tauchte dann im Schlafzimmer an der Wand zum Badezimmer ein nasser Fleck auf. Die Armatur war nicht richtig angeschlossen. Alex hat uns immer unterstützt und auch finanziell entschädigt. Glücklicherweise waren wir 4 Wochen dort und konnten uns noch erholen.

L'appartement est très bien équipé et agréable. La terrasse avec la vue sur la mer et les falaises est un gros point positif. La résidence est un peu ancienne, mais du coup elle est très bien placée à proximité des commerces et restaurants de los gigantes. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine, mais il y a des piscines naturelles magnifiques à proximité.

Un peu difficile de se garer, mais il faut dire qu'il y avait beaucoup de travaux en cours lors de notre séjour. La plage de los gigantes était fermée pour cause d'éboulement.

Der Ausblick war wunder schön, schnell in "Downtown", gute Verkehrsanbindung, schöne große komfortable Wohnung, guter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Excellent location in a quiet setting with great views of the sea and Los gigantes.The balcony which gives access to the property is the immediate pull. We spent evenings watching the sun go down and listening to the shearwater birds chattering away. The property is well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday.

Little updates such as brighter lighting and decor would be beneficial and a new shower head in the bathroom.

Perfect apartment! Very clean and well equipped. A brand new washing machine is useful for longer holidays. The location is just perfect. There is also a very nice swimming pool on the premises. The area is very nice and well-kept. The view from the terrace is the best you can have in this city. Good contact with host.

You may have a problem with locking the balcony door with a key.

A short walk to the centre, conveniently located, quiet, an excellent outlook with a decent sized balcony and wide panoramic sea views across to La Gomera and the cliffs, it is also an excellent place to see sunsets at the time we stayed. Would recommend Cicar for car hire. We ordered a Mokka but when one wasn’t available we got a 4 wheel drive turbo Alfa Romeo Stelvio.

There were a lot of builders vans taking up parking spaces during the day (flats being refurbished during our stay).
