At least it looked fresh...

Felt like a ghost hotel, didn't see any people except the people working there. The room was not cleaned good. We heard a rat in the roof so we decided to leave in the night. We ask for a refund but just tried to put is in a different room.

The rooms are spacious and there is a beautiful view. The appliances are very good quality.

We needed a car to get anywhere as the street was very busy. There was a lot of hair in the jacuzzi area and no one cleaned our room or took out our trash.

The property has everything , very well maintained the suite is huge with all basic amenities and even a fridge and a great seating space . All bath amenities were provided . Comfortable beds and views were amazing . Swimming pool very well maintained and very polite staff . We had dinner at in house restaurant kochi house which was very delicious . Just take a Uber from property to get to main places very convenient and calm and perfect propert for your short or long stays . Definitely be our first choice on our next stay in Kochi .

Ambience

The staff didn't let any guests inside the property. I was traveling to kochi and I was supposed to have a few meetings, whom I invited here. Two of my colleagues were refused entry at the door mentioning there are no guests allowed. Not even for 30 mins. The room and facilities were nice but at the end of the day they made my life so much more difficult, would've been better off booking a more expensive room somewhere else just because it's easier to deal with.

The property is clean with sufficient space. Food is very good at the restaurant within the property. Good privacy.

The facilities at property is not upto the mark. The bath room heater was not working properly. AC did not work properly. Reporting this to the reception resulted in no action. There was very cold response from the staff. Overall no value for money.
