Everything exceptional, especially Raluka the manager. She's a lovely person, incredibly kind and efficient. We are so grateful to her!!

Quite expensive but all accommodation in Valdemossa is but it was really good. We were hiking the Gr221 staying mostly in hotels.

The property is extremely well situated, we had breakfast which was excellent and lots of it. Our host Raluca was lovely and extremely attentive and friendly. Great facilities in the room, with an unusual toilet.

it’s very central to Valdemossa and convenient for shops and cafés. nicely appointed and we liked being able to eat our own food downstairs. The staff member who helped us was very friendly and proactive, making us feel completely at home and comfortable.

Location was good. The manger was wonderful and very helpful - went out of her way to help us.

Room was small and hot - could not get air conditioner to work. Booked a room with a view and looked onto apartments across the road. Nowhere to sit and relax with some privacy.

This hotel is very well located in the city center and its architecture is very nice, inside and outside. The staff is very friendly.

Our room - ground floor - was very disapointing: no sunlight and no window except a small one with a view on a hotel storage, big water pipes and noisy machines. If we had been informed of this prior booking, we would never chose to stay there.

Very easy check-in, very friendly staff, great communication, well equipped bathroom, quite and comfortable room. The hotel is 2min walk from the bus stop which connects the village with Palma de Majorca ( the bus took 30min).

The rooms don't have individual irons but the ironing board and the iron were made available immediately upon request by the reception team members.

The location was excellent, staff outstanding and facilities 1st rate. Would recommend without hesitation.

shower didn't work , electric toilet didn't work . very clinical , no personal touch , no breakfast .

it’s central and very clean. The lady that was hosting us was very kind and helpful and helped us warm up our breakfast every day.

what I would recommend to improve is the kitchen area downstairs. if there would be a microwave and a small fridge it would make people a bit more independent of having breakfast at the hotel. it was by the way not a show stopper. since we could eat breakfast there and warm things up with help of the staff.

breakfast is not being served at this moment you can make use of the hotel facilities, coffee/tea is available for free, plates, cups, glases ....just everything to prepare breakfast, moreover you can sit outside in front of the property and enjoy the morning sun... and as an extra service - the Lady how takes care of everything - Raluca - supports you with everything, even prepares the coffee, she is just a wonderful person ....you just have to relax...

We presumed it was a hotel. There’s no reception no one to meet and greet but we did meet a very nice lady in the morning when we were leaving.
