This is the perfect property for a group getaway!! Everything from the house, host, and property manager was 5 stars!! Lisa and Enid, who we contacted many times, were quick to give us recommendations for entertainment, food, beaches to explore, and other things we might want to do. I can't say enough about this house. Top notch all the way around!!

•Group of 7 friends/couples (late twenties, early thirties) •Very private, quiet, never felt unsafe (gated community) •Attentive and accommodating owner/property manager •House was clean, everything you could need provided, luxurious feel (pictures speak for themselves) •Located at the top of a steep hill, not a comfortable walk to anywhere (definitely not walking to the beach from here) •Biggest “complaint” was since the house is made of multiple individual structures, that means locking multiple doors every time you leave. The doors were a bit finicky also, but this is not anything to be concerned about, just sharing feedback. •Awesome proximity to everything on the island •10/10 would stay here again

Beautiful property with all you need. The separate units were perfect for our party of two families. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the million dollar views! Book it, you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay at the White House in St Croix! It was the perfect location with beautiful views.

The White House has some of the best views you can find and is layed out with 3 private suites. Very enjoyable house located in likely the best neighborhood on the island. Hosts were responsive and accomodating.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, including pool towels. The views were spectacular! There was plenty of privacy for two families.

A group of 5 adults stayed here for a wedding located in the Shoys area and this was the perfect location. The setup allows for plenty of privacy. And the view - AMAZING! The location itself is perfect to get to anywhere on the island and for easy trips down to the boardwalk. Enid met our group at the airport and even helped some of us get to the house after a mixup with a car rental location. Along the way to the house she gave us plenty of advice on where to shop and some of her favorite places on the island (a list was also provided at the house). Quick and easy communication with Chad through booking, Lisa with final things prior to arrival, and Enid during our stay. Loved our stay here!

Our entire stay was amazing from beginning the booking process throughout the entire stay - Lisa and Chad were so great! Their communication throughout made it stress free and they were amazing to work with. The property itself is beautiful. The somewhat modular setup was perfect for our group, everyone had their own bathroom and showers and having the pool in the center made it easy for us to hang out together! The home is in the perfect location, easy to get downtown, to the beaches and any restaurants on the island. Would 100% stay again. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable girls week!!

This was a great property. I slept so well, which I never do. Highly recommend. The view was amazing. Great for couples, the rooms are very separated and private.

Pictures don’t do justice to the views from this fantastic property. You have a 180 degree vista you won’t soon forget. The White House experience was fantastic. Chad, the owner, was a delight to communicate with and very responsive. Our concierge, Enid, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Staying in the gated community felt very safe, especially for daily walks and runs. Having the Buccaneer Resort near buy was great for beach days, lunches and dinners. We had a wonderful catered meal with Chefs Erika and Brittany who were recommended by the owner. Finally, The house is perfectly set up for couples to have the privacy of their own rooms and bathrooms. We were very sad to to leave..

View of the ocean was a highlight, you could hear the waves. Very private spot, could walk to beach but not much else. Unique house layout as the bedrooms were in separate but connected dwellings. Maybe not great if you have young kids but excellent for multiple couples. Well equipped. Annoying cat kept hanging around (full disclosure I don't like cats). All in all great spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White House in Shoy’s. The pool and view were amazing. Safe neighborhood & the house had all the conveniences of home. Property management was quick to respond and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for making our vacation even more spectacular! Highly recommend Cruzan Cowgirls horseback ride tour, Big Beard’s Day long boat adventure & Virgin Kayak tours (especially the bioluminescent one. St. Croix was fabulous!!

My family of six stayed here for a week. Chad was really great communicating with us about the check in process, local restaurants and beaches, things to do. The wonderful concierge named Enid met us at the airport and help us drive to the location, which was nice because it would’ve been difficult to find especially at night. The house it’s up on the hill which made us feel very safe during our stay. It was also in a gated community with a guard at the shack in the entrance of the golf community. The house had security cameras. I know all of this might sound overkill but the island is fairly poverty stricken and We have heard some stories about crime. However we did not experience any issues while we were there. As always, stay aware when visiting new places. Also, staying at Chad‘s house made us feel completely safe the entire time. Enid also stocked her house before we arrived for a small fee. She was super friendly and helped us with restaurant ideas. She met us to walk through the property at the end and we really became friends. The house is huge. It’s sort of broken up into three different houses. The main house has the kitchen and family room as well as one bedroom. The other little house has two bedrooms with a jack and Jill bath and the third unit has the master. We felt like we had privacy yet the views were unbeatable. It was fun to sit out on the pool deck at night and watch the stars. I even saw a shooting star the very first night. The Island shuts down around eight at latest 9 o’clock. So we spent most of our evenings at the house. The house was beautiful and well appointed. You do need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and soap. There are some pantry items but we had to stick oil, sugar and a couple other small items. I don’t think you can find a saver more beautiful house with these be like this on the island. Waking up at this house was very unique and we miss it already. Thanks, Chad for the wonderful week!

This villa is located in Estate Shoys which is a quiet gated community near the Buccaneer Resort. The home itself is beautifully furnished and the pool was refreshing. The real star of the show is the view from the deck. It is breathtaking. You have a stunning view of Christiansted, Shoys Beach, Green Cay and Buck Island, and can hear the sound of the waves. Seaside Market is nearby if you need to buy groceries. Communication with the property management company is outstanding. We highly recommend this villa for your stay on St. Croix. The Estate shoys is a lovely villa with a beautiful view of the island. The house is a perfect size for 8 with a lot of space for entertaining. We enjoyed our stay and time in St. Croix. The owner does a great job with listing must do activities. I would recommend requesting provisions and such be provided prior to arrival.

This was our first visit to St Croix. What an amazing picture perfect view. The house was very clean and looks just like the pictures. We had a great time hanging out at the pool. The easy access to Shoys Beach was great. Thanks for a great vacation.

Chad (and his helper Keke) extended their hospitality far into the future of our stay, suggesting the best places to eat/drink, things to see, beaches to explore, and excursions to book. With their help, our group of 8 adults arrived with multiple plans for each day (which allowed us all to be somewhat spontaneous in deciding what to do, without "missing" out on anything). We arrived late at night and wanted to be sure that we woke up to a stocked fridge and some kitchen staples so our friends wouldn't need to go out if they didn't want to. So Chad/Keke helped direct us to a local store to order some coffee/food/booze and helped stock our kitchen for a reasonable fee. We were so impressed! When we arrived we felt like our host had thought of everything and anticipated our every need. This meant the world to us and allowed us to focus on soaking up the sunshine and the good company of the friends we were traveling with. Check in was a breeze. We would have loved an easier check out process but understand that hosts must cover their "assets" by thoroughly looking through every room/corner before letting us go. It just took a while to coordinate that which was a small price to pay for such a wonderful vacation. Chad/Keke sure do know hospitality, and the house was an absolute DREAM!
