Missing so many essential items. And so many many things broken. Also the property was filled with lady bugs and other insects.

We stayed for a weekend here. The place was very good. Clean, spacious, good furniture, comfortable beds (even the sofa bed is fairly comfortable) and plenty of parking space for 2 cars. It is expensive but I think almost all properties around this area are that expensive. There is another property next to this one (fairly away from this property that you can enjoy the privacy) so it felt secure.

One of the drawbacks I think is that its just 1.5 bath in a house that allows 6 guests - long wait times for showers. But the property already clearly mentions that on their listing. There were no check out instructions (Turning off heat, run dishwasher, how to return the key, etc.). But that's not really a big deal.

Pros: Cute and comfy country cottage with interesting if not quirky architectural details. Beautiful views and nice deck areas. 15 min to sugarbush. Great glass wear for any beverage. Nice TV for Super Bowl.

Cons: Was not adequately clean when we arrived (vacasa resolved problem satisfactorily). Carpenter ant problem in kitchen. House smells like pets. Lacked some basics (minor issues): only 1 bedside table in master, no colander in kitchen, French press and Keurig for coffee - no electric coffee maker.)

We loved the beautiful serene location off of the main road. It’s a dog friendly home with a nice grassy yard. The exposed beam home was tastefully decorated with leather furniture and a cozy atmosphere. The gas fireplace adds a nice warmth. It was very relaxing and I wish we were able to stay a few more nights.

We loved the house! If we have come up with a “con” there was only one small flaw with a clogged gutter over the front door which drips on your head as you walk in. An easy fix.
