I had privacy

The staff was so noisy in the morning singing loud woke me up like that every morning. The stay close to your window and play video games in their phones and talking! Listening what are u speaking when u are in a video call...making remarks based on my private conversation !The aircon was liking water inside. The Wi-Fi signal just one bar...if u stay in bed u have no signal to your phone. The TV has just one channel...the room was not clean properly,just a quick wipe with something. The room has spiders and the bedsheets ware fill with dust. The furniture was old and damaged...the window u see just construction things. Bathroom has rusty robinets and the shower 🚿 was dirty. The toilet seat was missing in some bathrooms .The shower head was full with calcium.....no real good maintenance in that hotel. The reception staff always playing online games. Maybe after this rewiu they will start fix something there....

The bedsheets is dusty. Uncomfortable pillows Bathroom...not so clean. The shower was not clean .The TV has just 1 chanel and the wifi signal is very poor!

NO Cellular and Wifi Signal inside the Room. You need to get outside to get some but still it is weak signal.

it was too noisy even in the middle of the night. sink was too dirty even the pump was full of dirt and the bed and bedsheet were very itchy I ended up checking out early as I’m full of bite marks from insects.

Accessible in the area .. but there's no food for dining you need to get out and find foods

My room's door wont lock when I comes out side ..sira ang door Pero Davao is safe naman .okay na din..

Superb location and room amenities. Room size is good enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Comfortable bed and cold airconditioner.

There are a lot of "young" flies attached to the wall. My daughter said "Are those flies? What are those?" It's all over the outside walls. Not enough parking space. Not senior citizen friendly. They need to climb stairs. There aren't any ramp or lift for wheelchairs.

It is near the airport. Good internet connection. Friendly staff and helpful.

Bathroom was not really clean..you can see some molds in between tiles..The first room I got I need to call someone to clean before I can use it.
