La chambre principale offre un lit queen size, un grand placard et une salle de bain principale. La chambre # 2 a également un lit queen size. La troisième chambre a un lit superposé en taille réelle. En plus des trois chambres, il y a une mezzanine avec un futon et un lit de repos. Il y a aussi une 1/2 salle de bain et un mini-réfrigérateur - une commodité pour se détendre sur la terrasse du 3ème étage. La propriété dispose de 2 places de stationnement hors rue et d'une douche avec eau chaude / froide. Un demi-bain est situé au 1er étage et une salle de bain complète au deuxième. La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances reposantes. Huit laissez-passer de plage inclus. Draps / oreillers / serviettes de bain, serviettes / chaises de plage inclus.

The house was lovely. It was a short distance to the boardwalk where there was a lot do do!

This house was amazing! The 3rd floor was great for the kids! The porch was great for the adults! Anytime I had a question or issue, Michael responded within minutes! I locked us out of the house by accident, Michael was great. I felt so bad for bothering him but he had a locksmith out to us within an hour! Great location, could walk anywhere we wanted to go!

The best property we have have stayed in at the shore. Plenty of room, perfect location, everything was top notch. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Wonderful location 2 blocks from Casino pier, water park, go carts, putt putt and much more. Wonderful clean house that was perfect for my family of 4 and both of my parents to stay. The extra living space upstairs makes this house great for generational families to stay at and have there own space. Beds where comfortable. Kitchen was great and well stocked and the deck on the roof was amazing for at night and in the morning. My only complaint was not having ESPN or at least basic cable. The only channels where the antenna local channels, not a big deal but would have liked to watch the baseball games. Grill could use updating or a over hall but worked fine for hotdogs and hamburgers. This house is perfect for a shore vacation that would have multiple families or a family with grandparents. Would like to return and would stay again.

Very clean and had everything we needed
Was very happy that the place looked as was pictured. Close enough to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away as not to be bothered by a lot of noise. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly cleaned and fairly well stocked. This is a really nice house with areas to have fun, including a 3rd floor deck and game room. Only downside is that the mattresses were too firm and the queen guest bed was overly noisy even just when a normal sized person gets in. Overall, I will be coming back to stay!

Perfect Week
This house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our family of six. Great location and walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and bay. The owners were so nice and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories.

We came back to Seaside for a wedding and family reunion. Being from the west coast we relied heavily on pictures and past reviews. Thankfully those were all accurate and the owners are great! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. Jorge is a great communicator and I knew if we needed anything we had a point person. The location is also great. If you are looking to being close to the boardwalk, but not right on top of it this place is perfect. Additionally it had plenty of room for us all. Our two teens could escape to the 3rd floor and hang while us adults sat downstairs and talked. We would definitely recommend this rental.

It was a home away from Home.. Kitchen stocked with much needed items, A bathroom on every level and then some! Loft area was perfect hangout for teenagers and their friends. Located 2.5 blocks from Boardwalk/Beach, it was so easy to go back and forth as desired. The house is situated on a quiet street so no being kept up at night!
I would highly recommend this home. Home owners were quick to respond to my many questions...that I soon came to realized was all on a bulletin board in the kitchen!

Pristine Home
Thank you Carla and Jorge for having such a clean, welcoming home. It was our first time in the area and we loved that we were able to walk too everything. The girls loved having the loft to themselves and it was nice for us also! Lol Thank you for all your attention to detail and responding in a timely manner when we had questions. I would highly recommend this to anyone whose requirement's is a clean home away from home! Thank you for helping make our memories that more memorable. :)

Beach house in Seaside
This property was everything we were looking for: close proximity to the beach, room to spread out and wonderfully appointed. The house was decorated in a great beach fashion, and there was an abundance of kitchenware to cook and grill with. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!
The owners are extremely nice and response time is super quick. The house is a short two blocks to everything you could want to do. The home itself is beautiful, the decor is like nothing I have ever seen before. There are 4 bathrooms which is great for a large group and the 3rd floor deck is great for relaxing and having a cocktail. I highly recommend renting this property and will definitely be going back myself!

Perfect place for a big family
We had a great time during the last week of july . There's so much to do all around whitin a ten minutes walk . The house is brand new and all icluded with some nice features like the third floor balcony and the outdoor shower , it's just awesome !!! The owners are so gentle and helpfull , i recommand this place to everyone for sure !!

Great week at the beach!
We recently stayed at this house and had a relaxing vacation at the beach. The house has everything you could possibly need and is conveniently located a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. No need to drive anywhere! The house is kept in great condition- everything was very clean. And they have thought of everything. There's everything from beach towels and chairs to board games and movies. We walked over to the beach every morning, came back to the house to relax and make dinner and then headed over to the boardwalk at night.
Jorge and Carla were great, they answered any questions we had and we always got a quick response from them. We would definitely come back and stay here again! We hope to be back again next summer.

Nice and clean great location
We just rented this great house last week we had 7 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. Nice quit neighborhood and close to the beach and board walk would definitely give this house two thumbs up!!

Beautiful home! Great decks.
Super clean! We were a family of 10 and we were all comfortable. Great beds. Close to the beach. We enjoy a winter getaway and this was the perfect place. We plan to come back this summer!
