Our stay was great! The owner/property manager was responsive and we had no issues. It wasn’t clear to us from the listing that the property consists of 3 separate units that are not connected indoors. We used 2 of the units and it worked out quite well for us. Thank you!

Couldn’t have chose a better place for our softball team. It has such beautiful views. We got up every morning at 7:15am to watch the sunrise and around 8:15-8:30am to watch the dolphin pods swim by. So much space with 3 different “houses.” We are definitely planning on staying again here! Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Herring House for a family reunion. We absolutely loved the space and the incredible views of the Indian River and the two space launches from Kennedy Space Center. JR was a wonderful host and incredibly responsive. The home is well-appointed with everything we needed for a stay with a large family. I definitely recommend it!

This house was perfect for our 14 person family reunion. Our group ranged from 21-91 years old and it was perfect for everyone. The bedrooms are well appointed and the floor plan allowed for plenty of space for everyone.
The kitchen and two dining tables allowed our group to prepare and enjoy big family meals.
The pool, dock and corn hole were well used.
Our host JR was outstanding and very pleasant to work with.
I believe this group would all return for a repeat visit.

This house was amazing. The view on the lake was wonderful and great to look out to every morning. We got to witness a rocket launching which was a once in a lifetime experience. The host was beyond great, we had an issue with the a/c that was immediately addressed and he was always available to answer any question that we had. We were about 25-30 minutes way from the beach and about an hour away from Sea World. The nearest Walmart was about 10 minutes away as which worked out great. The house was clean and had lots of features and amenities for our family of 16 adults to stay in with plenty of space. We used the massage chair daily as well as the pool/hot tub. We can't wait to stay here again!

The 1st floor of the home is really nice; 4 bedrooms and lots of extras like hardwood, stone and crown molding. The 2nd floor is OK but not as nice as the first floor.
The listing has photos of rooms that are not part of the rental Pictures showed a room with 2 beds but that was not on the property.
Listing states toiletries provided but that was only bar soap in the showers and hand soap at the sinks, nothing else so bring your own shampoo!
Unit also only provides 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each toilet and we had a group of 14 for 6 days and anyone knows that 1 extra roll would not be enough. All said, we had to buy our own.
Also, only 1 extra trash bag in the kitchen, seems cheap to rent a 7 bedroom home for over for 5 nights and have to purchase your own trash bags and toilet paper!
Lastly, property manager was polite but was slow in answering texts and calls. Took 3 hours to respond to a request for a toilet plunger and with 6 toilets you would think a plunger would be on the site. Again, nope and we had to purchase our own plunger also because of the slow response from the manager.
All said, the property was fine and our family had a great time with the pool and view.

Great trip
The home was beautiful and overall we had a great time. The only issue was that the listed bed and bedroom layouts were not as advertised. Sadly, even after explaining this upon return home my concerns were not addressed by Evolve.

David was there for our questions and needs with the outdoor experience and indoor technology. He was extremely fun to talk to as well!

Beautiful house with lots of space to spread out!! We had the pool heated. Even on a cloudy and rainy day we were able to enjoy !! The beds were soo comfy and loved the decor and the nice kitchen!! Nice to have the outside comfy furniture!!! It was such a great place. Wish we could have stayed lots longer!!

We were there for our sons wedding and had all the family together at one place. Perfect location for all that we needed to do or wanted to do. Close to many activities, beach, fishing, Kennedy Space Center and more. All of us really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially the grandkids. The main level was the perfect place for gatherings, meals, games, etc.. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO, HomeAway locations and this one was the best, especially for our venue. We were all talking about coming here again for a family vacation. We will be back if at all possible.

It was incredibly clean and well-appointed. Everyone had their own space (we were even able to put the teens/tweens in their own “apartment”) and the pool, yard, and dock area made for great gathering spaces. We also got incredibly lucky and enjoyed TWO launches from the backyard—you can see the NASA VAB and all the launchpads easily from the house. There are great beaches within an easy drive and convenient grocery stores, etc. nearby. David checked on the pool each morning and was readily available to answer any questions we had. This house is amazing! From the scenery to the automatic curtains this place was perfect for my family and my gorgeous wedding. They had pool toys for the kids and fishing poles for us to use out on the pier. There are two things I thought could have been better. They could have provided more toilet paper and cleaning supplies. I also was a little upset that at the end of my wedding the DJ was told to turn off the music immediately. My DJ was not able to give us a proper send off and my photographer was not able to get exit photo’s of my husband and I. I would still return to this great house in the future. The location is perfect and the amenities kept us busy the entire time.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously.We rented the house for family gathered for a wedding at Ever after Farms. With the separate units the Wedding party were able to be together and the older adults had a place as well. Fantastic view.

Amazing home. David was awesome!
This home is IDEAL for large groups. Lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms, and you don't feel like you are up under each other. David was wonderful and responded quickly whenever I had a question or issue. The view was amazing as well.
My only slight criticism is the key issue. We had about 20 people and were given just 6 keys. This made things a little difficult to coordinate things at times with a large group, since everyone wanted to do different things and came home at different times. It would have been nice to have locks with a code so that no keys would be necessary.
Had a great stay and would rent again if I came back with a large group again.

Big, Beautiful house
The house and location are absolutely beautiful but we had issues with bed bugs (twin beds) and ants on the counter top and around the pool area. So disappointing to spend over $5,000 for 5 days and have these issues. We talked to the guy who manages the house and he told us it wasn't bed bug. He said the house keeper washed a maroon comforter with the white bed covers. No one else in our group of 14 got bites except the 2 people sleeping in those twin beds. When we told the manager about the ants, he said it was too late to do anything about the issue. My teammates took pictures of the bedding and of their bites. Such a disappointment. Loved the privacy and location.

This property was amazing!!!!
This property was amazing!!!! We hosted our family reunion this year, and chose this house due to the size and the amount of guest it will accommodate. Typically, everyone does something different during the day, and this year, no one left the property except to make grocery runs. With the amusement parks being within driving distance, that in itself, speaks volumes. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and hanging out on the dock. The downstairs did get a little warm, not sure if the a/c need a Freon charge, or if we just put out too much body heat lol. Anyway, we will definitely put this house on our list of places to stay again.

Great family place lots of room, the pool and views were great
Propoerty was clean and well maintained. Care take was very helpful and accommodating. Could use a few more chairs for dining and at the pool. All and all great place.

Had a wonderful time. We had 10 couples and the home was perfect! Everything we needed for a 4 night stay and the home was immaculate when we checked in. David the on site coordinator was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs and questions. We will return
