The views were great, the location was great, and the unit was perfect for our family of 5. We definitely had plenty of room and didnt feel crowded in the condo, the setup was perfect for us. We loved the lagoon and the walking path to explore the other resorts in Ko' Olina. It was great to grab the coolers and beach chairs that were provided and head out to explore the island. The Monkeypod restaurant and Mina's Fish House were also a big hit with us all. Cherie was so great to work with. She was available to help address our questions and they were also very lovely and flexible in working with us on our checkout as we had a late night departure. We really appreciated the extra time in the unit, thank YOU Cherie! We will be back and will definitely look to stay in this unit again.

This was the perfect place for a family vacation for Thanksgiving. The unit had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and beach time! Cherie is awesome and great to work with! Will come again!

Our Adult family had a lovely time at the three bedroom condo in Ko Olina. Location and view were great, with a bit of boisterous pool noise at times. Layout was done well with a bathroom for each bedroom and a great lanai for ocean viewing and drinks. Would come again.

Stayed at Ko Olina Beach Resort in 2011 and it is as I remembered it. A little older now, but well maintained. Cherie was a great hostess and this unit had a great ocean and pool view. The family was quite pleased! Lovely unit, great pools, tiki bar and a lagoon with incredible sunsets.

Cant say enough about Cherie and our stay. We were originally scheduled for last October but had to change to this May. No problem, and Cherie stayed in contact the whole way. This is our 4th trip to these condos, love the facilities, the two pools, and the lagoons. I'm so over dealing with the Maui crowds. Highly recommended.

Our vacation was a dream come true. Everything about the property was top notch. The staff was friendly, Cherie was amazing and very good at helping us prepare for our arrival, our stay and our check out. The whole Ko Olina resort is beautiful and very well taken care of, we didn't want to leave but we will most definitely be back. Everything about the Ko Olina Beach Villas was awesome.

I can’t brag about this place enough. It’s beautiful with an amazing view and very spacious. Fits our family of 8. You get sunrise and sunset. The place is very clean and has all the amenities needed. Although the dryer took a little longer to dry, I loved that we had the convenient of washing our clothes there. The beach was a small private beach and we loved it! My kids enjoyed the pool area as well and customer service is spectacular there. Cherie made everything so easy for us so thank you Cherie!

The condo and location were ideal for our Oahu Thanksgiving vacation. The 2 master suites with king beds are great when grandparents are part of the trip, with the 3rd bedroom for 2 kids or another couple. The condo and the beach villas are as described, with a great balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. The grounds and pools are great. The heated “adult” pool was closed for maintenance while we were there but the other pool is large and although a little chilly, was very enjoyable. The lagoons are great fun, especially for kids. Ko Olina is a beautiful area and just far enough from the busyness of Honolulu, yet close enough to get to the all the sights. And don’t miss the North Shore of Oahu. Things to be aware of - food and restaurants are expensive here, and traffic in and around Honolulu and even parts of the North Shore can be pretty awful. But plan accordingly and you’ll have a great time.

Loved the location and the view. So much better than staying in a hotel. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Pools are was beautiful and well kept.

Renting this property was easy. Cherie was so helpful throughout our stay. We loved the place so much that we are looking forward to coming back again. We had a wonderful time.

First let me say Cherie was incredibly helpful from helping us with arrival transportation to check-in and entertainment suggestions! We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The views were amazing and we spent a lot of time just out on the lanai soaking it all in and letting the everyday worries just float away. There was plenty of room for the 7 adults that made up our family. We really enjoyed our time at the Beach Towers from walks along the boardwalk and beach, seeing the visiting monk seals to grilling and swimming in the pool. It was so nice to come back to after outings around Oahu. We felt safe and secure in Ko Olina and trips out to the grocery store and restaurants were simple. The only frustration we had was the time it took for the dryer to dry clothes, especially towels...but we managed through that also. Oh, the staff there was great and everyone always greeted us with smiles. The bottom line is - we loved it! Thanks and Aloha Cherie!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained! Cherie was great to work with. We don't often travel to the same place twice but we are already dreaming of the day we will be able to return to this paradise!

We had a wonderful stay in Beach Tower 703. This was our first time booking a vacation condo and we weren't sure what to expect. Our property manager, Cherie, was great. She contacted us several weeks in advance to ask about our needs, including how we wanted the third bedroom arranged (twin beds or a king--we went with king beds in all three bedrooms). We exchanged texts the day before our flight and then when our flight landed to coordinate check-in. Cherie met us at the Beach Villas lobby and helped us arrange for two parking spaces, helped us take our luggage up to our room, and showed us around the condo, how to operate the television and sound and wifi. She was attentive and sincere in her desire to help us have a great stay. The condo, itself, was beautiful--as advertised. We were on a high floor which made for nice views from the lanai down to the pools and lagoons. As one of the previous reviews said, you can't see the sunset from the unit, but it's just a short stroll down to the lagoon where the sunsets are fantastic. We were here for the fourth of July and our balcony was a great spot to watch the fireworks display. The condo is clean and spacious with comfortable beds and furniture, high end kitchen appliances, washer and dryer (which worked well for us), and good television, sound, and wifi access. The kitchen had salt and pepper and other seasonings as well as cooking oil. There was plenty of dinnerware and silverware, drinking glasses, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, and other cooking utensils. The glasstop stove burners took a while to heat up--it took us a little while to figure out how to deal with that. The bathrooms had basic toiletries (shampoo, hand soap) and towels. There were beach towels and snorkel sets and other water gear for us to use. The grounds were immaculate--great swimming pools, a koi pond that had more large koi than any of us has ever seen in a koi pond, nice salt water lap pool, and a good fitness center (bring a towel from your room). Our lagoon was the least crowded and most swimmable of the Ko Olina lagoons. There were even enough fish to make for entertaining snorkeling. We had a great, relaxing time during out 7 days in the condo. We'll return to this same unit when we get the chance!

Our visit to Oahu...staying at No Olina was THE BEST! Cherie goes above and beyond to ensure EVERYTHING is perfect and she worked with our travel schedule like a pro! The rental was VERY clean, spacious and in a GREAT location! Golfing was great, lagoons were not crowded and sooo close/convenient! We would go back to this exact property time and time again, given the opportunity. You can't be anything but happy here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Mahalo and until we meet again!

Unit 703 in the beach tower was beautifully furnished & everything in excellent working order. Perfect set up with two king bedrooms & twin beds for the boys. Our property Mgr, Cherie, did a great job and even checked on us during our stay. If I had any helpful suggestion for future guests it would be after washing clothes--hang dry what you can in closets & maybe do not expect a lot from dryer. If not, you will need to run dryer a couple cycles to completely dry. A very small thing, but helpful for planning when to wash. At night, we enjoyed walking to Disney's Aulani for Dole whip. Ko'Olina is such a peaceful place--we loved our time there & only wish it was longer! We will return.

The condo was spectacular along with the view and proximity to all the lagoons, restaurants, and shops! We loved it!

This was our second stay at the Beach Villas. The complex is extraordinary in every way. It’s a safe, pristine, family friendly, community. Pools are amazing, the lagoons are perfect for little ones - our grand babies never wanted to leave the beach! This unit is lovely. High end finishes, appliances, furnishings, etc. We liked that the master/bath and the other two bed/baths are at opposite ends, providing privacy. The view is towards the Marriott, pool, and beach, but not a direct ocean view. You cannot see the sunset from this unit. It’s very ‘no frills’ , so plan on bringing your own toiletries, coffee, etc. That being said, the management company’s customer service is great. Daniel and Cherie were excellent, professional and accommodating. We had a fantastic vacation!

Unit 703 is fabulous. Cheri greeted us and gave us a run down of the unit . It’s beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped with all essential kitchen items including beach toys, coolers, chairs, snorkel gear . The resort was fantastic with safe swimming for a four year old in the ocean. Walking loop along the ocean, sunrises , and lots of shade on the lanai in the evening. Daniel was very prompt with responses and Cheri was very pleasant to deal with. They will take care of you .
