Very easy process to get keys to check in- we arrived on Christmas day and our packet was waiting for us. Place has a great view and is close to the pool and walkway to ocean. Room is small and dated, but very comfortable.

We've stayed at Beacher's Lodge numerous times, and this was the least enjoyable. The furniture in the living was very uncomfortable, the tiny little table to eat on was just not useable, and the tall furniture on the balcony totally obscured our view of the beach. When we went to open a kitchen cabinet the knob fell right off. The bed was comfortable, but that's about the only good thing I have to say. We'll probably stay at Beacher's again in the future, but I would NOT stay in this unit again.

The view was beautiful. Derrick was an outstanding person to deal with. But: Lots of problems with the TV (some were never resolved). The sofa pretty much broken down an extremely uncomfortable. Only one chair in the living room. The unit is very small and not well lit. Some kitchen appliance lights not working. The unit just needs a LOT of repair and updating.

We have stayed in this same complex a few times and really enjoy the location and the view. The pool is super nice and the unit was clean. The unit is not up to par with other units in the complex as some things are not up to date and are looking worn. The furniture and beds were comfortable other than the dining table chairs. There are a lot of things such as the A/C units duct taped together, a large rust spot on the front of the refrigerator knobs that fall off the kitchen cabinets that need updated. The stay was fine as we felt the unit was clean but there are other units in this complex that give a better experience.

Property is quiet, easy access to pool and beach. Beach was not overcrowded, sunrise there is as advertised. Was a great week to get away from work, very friendly people, laid back atmosphere. If your looking to get away from life and just relax I would definitely look them up.

When we arrived we had to clean it. Once it was clean it was okay. Bed is uncomfortable to sleep on. Foam topper is sideways and under mattress cover. Bathroom needs updating but functional. Easy access to the beach. Loved that the beach was easy to walk on.

Location, views, and beach are wonderful. Many guests have obviously enjoyed this property and it's time for a refresh. Also, the cleaning products used leave over-powering odors that take two days to air out.

No shampoo, no beach towels, no Kleenex/tissues provided. Old food from previous guests left in the cupboard that can attract pests. Old, highly used, smelly sponge left by the sink. A used bottle (nearly empty) of dish soap was all that was provided to wash the dishes. No hand soap. Smoke detector just sitting on a shelf (not installed) with a low battery beeping. So I had to remove the battery. Several bulbs out in light fixtures. The previous guest’s paperwork was left sitting out as well as misc items behind the nightstands. Obviously housekeeping does a sub par job. Yikes.

Overall I'd give this condo a 3 star, great location, breathtaking views. They have recently done many exterior updates the the building, looks almost new. Interior looks old, original, kitchen cabinets in poor shape, knobs came off when opened. Fridge has rust on front door. bath faucets constantly drips. Xfinity tv box had to be rebooted every single time we turned on tv, real pain! Furniture very old & uncomfortable.

The property is under and has been under refurbishment for some time. When we arrived, there was only one elevator to the 4th floor, and one stairway all the way to the other end of a long building. The work continued all day, and the smells of paint and urethane was overpowering. There were a lot of older folks with pets which seemed to be ok but there was also alot of people who looked displaced, in dress and attitude. Some you had to ask to move so you could walk down the passageway that led to our room. The exits at our end were all closed off and the fire alarms were all covered with take. The room needed a lot of work, painting and repairs along with cleaning. We did some of the cleaning because of the A/C and HVAC unit was dirty and also the fan in the bathroom. I would wait until all the work has been done and then book there.

Beautiful weather and great location. Very easy check in. The condo needed a deep clean, bathroom sink leaked, kitchen utensils weren’t adequate. No comfortable chair to watch TV. Says it will accommodate four, wouldn’t recommend more than two. Ok for the cost. I have stayed in other units at Beacher’s Lodge that were in much better condition.

The patio furniture which would be a perfect spot to sit and have coffee, watch the sunrise, we’re hard plastic bar height chairs!
The AC in the bedroom was not efficient or effective and the room remained warm day and night.

The view is beautiful with sunrises right off your balcony. I can't imagine more than 2 people staying at this condo. I do recommend staying here though. The bathroom was a little on the small size, but the shower had great pressure and hot water. It could use a fresh coat of paint. The bedroom air conditioner was not working the last few days we were there. Also the elevator on the South side of the building, which is where the condo was, broke down the 2nd day we were there and had not been fixed by the time we left...6 days later.

Good for price
Decent location, decent price. It served it’s purpose which was a place to stay. We were fairly comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The apartment smelled a little of mold and there were small mold spots on the picture frames above the bed. It also felt a bit dated but that is merely cosmetic and did not affect our stay. Easy check in and out.

The over all experience was great... until we all got sinus infections... the AC units hadn't had their filters changed and the red warning lights were on. Pretty sure that's why we all ended up feeling horrible by the end of our stay. Besides that, the rental was small but comfortable and functional for our family of 4.

This is a charming condo with a fantastic view. Beautiful weather allowed us to have the door open to hear the ocean. A thunderstorm one night was an added bonus. The condo was spotless and well appointed. Even with a very small kitchen we were able to prepare Christmas dinner.
