Really enjoyed our stay at Pointes North. Very accommodating and easy to get in to. Had a nice little set-up for our dog as well. Can't beat the location as it is close to the water and all the amenities downtown has to offer. 100% will go back.

Condo was poorly furnished. Most uncomfortable and outdated furniture. Kitchen terribly stocked. No lids for pots, 2 dinner knives. Mismatched dishes and glasses. Tile in bathroom all cracked, carpet disgusting.

We were disappointed by how run down our room was. First off, our entrance door frame and door had large splits in it. The closet door and frame around tub was very damaged. We didn’t see a pool. The apartment was very clean. Bedding was clean but scratchy.

The property was decently appointed with some wear in certain areas, but overall a nice, clean place to stay. Unfortunately after arriving after a full day of skiing, all I wanted was a hot shower and possibly jacuzzi soak. There was NO hot water whatsoever. Very disappointed. The following morning, there were kids running up and down the steps and hallway for an entire hour early in the morning. Nothing whatsoever was done about it by the staff. My front door was also right by the elevator and side door, so I was forced to hear all that traffic and door slamming as well. If I do ever stay in this establishment again, it will be in an upstairs room. This was not a peaceful stay at all.

This is our 3rd stay in this building (Winter and Summer). Beautiful units that allow dogs!! Great location, walking distance to shopping, great views of Round Lake, Lake Michigan and Pine River. The only negative is the main hallway is noisy. We always have a great vacation!!

Location is great, short walking distance to restaurants, shops and beaches. Very dog friendly city, plenty of places to walk the dog.
Communication was on point. We arrived after the office was closed. They provided the access code to enter the facility, once inside there was a packet with the room keys. The unit was like it was pictured, however it is somewhat dated. My wife kept blowing a fuse when she was running the blow dryer. Water was fine for bathing and pressure was adequate. The unit was loud with all the street traffic. The furnishings were comfortable. Wifi worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would probably stay there again.

The air conditioner in the living room didn't work for the first 3 days and when it does work it is so loud you cannot hear the TV. Terrible design. Refridge is way to small for a one week stay. Multiple places that need paint and repair...tub surround, inside the shower, screened in area. our room was across from the door to the outside which squeaked so loud we heard it every time someone came or went.

The receptionist was very friendly, check-in was a breeze. Pointes North Inn is in a great location, walking distance from the shopping area and to the water. The condo was spacious and clean and they even provided doggie bowls, treats, and poo bags!

The room provided all we needed and we appreciated being able to have our dog with us. However the room was not as clean as we expected. The couch was in dier need of a good cleaning. The patio room was not cleaned or swept at all. The air conditioner only cooled the room when set on60 degrees and then it was right over the sofa and the noise named it hard to hear the TV. We did appreciate the convenience of being able to walk right downtown.
