Property was incredibly clean.
If you are not a soft mattress, soft pillow person, this may not be the place for you, despite both being very comfortable.

the view of the river was spectacular & the bed was comfy
not worth the money for us, i’ve stayed in better hotels for cheaper. Remote to tv didn’t work had to call desk to get a new one. No breakfast.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. The Winchester Restaurant inside the hotel was amazing. Location close to workplace and shopping.

On the site it says no pets yet people had dogs. On the pictures it shows a balcony I had none. It says they have room service yet there was no menu or evidence of it, they tried to over charge me when I got there so I had to cancel one room. The bar is high priced and the breakfast was not as advertised

Friendly staff, cleanliness
I reserved 2 rooms together, it showed only one room reserved. They got us another room but not together and each day their key didn't work and they had to go down and get a new key.

Very comfortable and enjoyable
The only thing I had a problem with was the bathtub was at an angle trying to stand in it to take a shower that's the only flaw in the whole Stay

Basically the location was the reason I stayed at this hotel as I was arriving and leaving by train 🚆 and the station is only a 5 minute walk down 15th Street.
Good breakfast in the Winchester restaurant. Spacious room and comfortable bed 🛌.
For the price I would have thought breakfast should have been included

We were supposed to have a king size bed but had 2separate beds soy husband and I slept in different beds that was a little disappointing

Updated hotel great amenities within the hotel. Beds were comfortable and shower was awesome

Great location considering just a few minutes' walk from train station and safe during the night. Great prices during happy hour.
For the price breakfast should have been included. The carpet in our room had stains and spots, steam cleaning is recommended. There is NO UBER in Ashland!
