Casa palma est situé sur la plage à deux pas du «célèbre trottoir». La propriété magnifiquement aménagée s'étend sur 320 pieds. Du trottoir au bord des Caraïbes. Empruntez le trottoir cimenté sinueux jusqu'à votre véranda en bord de mer. Ces unités ont été récemment achevées. Il y a 2 unités identiques avec une porte verrouillable de connexion intérieure. La chambre a un lit queen size. Tous les draps et serviettes, y compris la plage sont fournis. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond et de climatisation dans le salon et la chambre. Le salon a un futon qui peut se transformer en lit double. La cuisine a une cuisinière, micro-ondes, cafetière et tous les ustensiles. Il y a le Wi-Fi, une télévision à écran plat, un DVD et une petite collection de livres. Il y a un petit coffre-fort pour vos objets de valeur et des barres de sécurité pour votre tranquillité d'esprit.

We really enjoyed the spacious patio and private beach. Location is great, on one side you have the private beach and on the other the sidewalk that runs the length of the strip giving us easy walking access to everything. It was a bit confusing to find and check in, and we were unsure of where to park our rental car but it all worked out in the end. Everything we needed was there for us.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Palma. It is in a great location, right on a private beach and in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Despite being so close to town, it felt very private. We took a couple of amazing snorkeling tours to the reef and a trip up the Monkey River to see the howler monkeys. Kayaks and paddleboards were available and we enjoyed early morning paddles on the calm seas. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions. We recommend Casa Palma for an unforgettable island experience!

Great location, fantastic hosts, private paradise
We loved our stay at Casa Palma - it felt like we had our own private resort! The property has a massive private beachfront that is groomed daily, and because there are so few units at Casa Palma we essentially had it all to ourselves. The location is at the tail end of the famous boardwalk, which means you feel like you're far enough from the touristy areas to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to easily walk to a ton of great restaurants and bars. There is also a large grocery store within a 5 minute walk which is great for picking up something to cook for dinner or to stock up on local rum. The unit itself is modern and well-equipped with everything you need including a full kitchen and AC, with a TV and cable with popular local, American, and Canadian stations (good for catching your favourite sports team while away from home). The family that runs Casa Palma were SUPER helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We felt very well taken care of and would recommend Casa Palma to anyone looking for some very relaxed family time by the ocean.

Perfect end to our trip!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We spent time in San Pedro, Caye Caulker, and San Ignacio before finishing up our trip in Placencia - Casa Palma was definitely our favorite stay. The place was clean and very spacious for 2! Perfecto and his family live right on sight and checked in on us daily to see how things were and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. There are also complimentary kayaks and bikes which were very nice to have! My husband and I are already talking about another trip to Placencia and would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay to choose Casa Palma!

We will be back!
Other than a few glitches getting to Casa Palma and having our beach house ready, the stay was fabulous. On site manager Perfecto was very pleasant and helpful. The house was just what we wanted. All the basic necessities and simple.
And best of all, right on the beach. We lived on the beach and covered patio. Truly a dream of a vacation. And it was close to shopping and restaurants—an easy walk everywhere. Thank you Casa Palma for the great memories.

Casa Palma, second visit
Casa Palma is like a second home. On the boardwalk, but also on the beach and plenty of privacy. Clean unit, crystal clear water, great A/C all the amenities you need for a week or two stay. Perfecto Choc and family are great hosts. I'll be back for a third visit for the End of the World Marathon in December. There are lots of places you can stay on the peninsula, but I don't need to look any farther, I found my spot right here. Lee Dickey

Great Location
The Casa Palma beachfront house was an excellent place to spend the week. The sunset and beach views are beautiful. It's a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Placencia. The property is well cared for, quiet, and clean. Perfecto and Rosella were awesome hosts. We highly recommend it!

Perfect location
We loved that this was right on the beach with great access to restaurants, etc. while still being quiet. It felt like it was right on the edge of the bustling part of town while also feeling remote and secluded. Perfecto was super helpful and picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and allowed us an early checkin. The apartment is nice but basic, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and felt lucky to have found it. It is managed along with Casa Palma Guesthouse which is in a different building near the road and has some rooms with shared bathrooms, which is confusing when looking at reviews elsewhere! The apartments are fully contained and very private.

A perfect beach apartment
Stayed at Casa Palma for a week in December. The apartment was literally on the beach, steps away from the ocean, with private beach chairs available in the sun as well as the shade.
Restaurants are within a short walking distance, several grocery stores are nearby, and vegetable markets to sample local wares.
Very much look forward to returning to Casa Palma.

Perfect for one or two vacationer.
Perfecto and Rosella on site managers, perfect hosts. Clean new unit, plenty of room for one or two, private clean beach, right in Placentia, you can walk anywhere you need to go at Casa Palma. Crystal clean water, both from the tap and the ocean steps from the rental. Air Conditioning, just perfect for a single traveler or couple there for a short stay. I plan on returning once or twice in 2019. Free ride from Placencia airport. 0.6 miles from the South End of Placencia Peninsula, with a boardwalk to the the end. Reminds me of a mini Duval crawl Key West style. Hidden Paradise. Everyone speaks English, they love US dollars. Five stars from this traveler, came down for the End of the World Marathon run December 12. Very fortunate I found this place on VBRO.

Always a Great Stay
We have stayed here multiple times and it is always a great place to be. We brought friends this time and they could not say enough of how wonderful it is. Great stay
We were very happy with our week here. The place is just as it looks on-line, and Perfecto and Rosella were wonderful hosts, friendly and helpful yet non intrusive. I loved walking out the door to the great beach and swimming in the ocean. And Placencia is a lovely town with just enough people and places, and not too many. We hope to return and stay here again.

Beautiful place, great location, appreciated the boogie boards
This house is in the perfect spot! Quick walk to a "private" beach, with great snorkeling; and close to some great walking trails. The house is nicely decorated, clean, and very spacious. We took total advantage of the lanai, sitting out there for every meal and then some. Having a grill was nice, too. One of the houses up the street sells fresh catch of the day. The sunset walk is a must. Close to Hookena beach, which is one of our favorite beaches. It has awesome waves and great snorkeling with very colorful fish and sea turtles. The house provides beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards. We loved it and the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Mahalo. This review is for Kona Paradise on The Big Island. We did not get to Placecia, but plan to at a later date

Highly recommend
Terrific lodging! The home was perfect for us: well kept and comfortable, all in great working order including AC and internet. And then there was the beach! And the palapa! The perfect spot to start the day with coffee, stay dry while enjoying a brief mid-day cloudburst, and for drinks in the evening watching the day come to a close. The house manager Perfecto was wonderful, providing transportation to and from the Placencia airport, identifying a tour guide, and general advise. We would definitely stay here again. Also, early June was a great time to visit: good weather (hot during the day, but no problem if you're on the water, and cooling in the evening), rainy season not yet begun, and "off-season" so fewer visitors.

relaxing
Everything was wonderful. The location was perfect, not to close to the noise but very close to everything. We really enjoyed using the bikes. The beach was right and we used it daily. We bought a cheap air mattress at the local store and Perfecto used his air compressor to pump it up for us.
The property managers, Perfecto and his wife Rosa, were wonderful. We took the monkey tree river tour and not only saw howler monkeys but saw manatee's. Went snorkeling, cave tubing and visited mayan ruins. Also had time to relax and read two book during our 8 night stay. Our place was exactly how we had imagined, no surprises.

It's a beautiful property very private, the beach front and ocean are only a few steps away.
The owner and caretakers of this property are wonderful. They were kind and helpful with everything. We would definitely choose to stay here again. We loved the little village, restaurants and the shopping for local things to bring home as a keepsake.

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever!
Beautiful beach at our doorstep, hammocks under the palapa, kayaks and bicycles available for our use, two minute bike ride to the grocery store, several fine restaurants within a few minutes walk down the "street". All at 85 degrees every day! What more to ask for than these essentials of life? Belikin? OK, plenty of room in the fridge for that, too. Casa Palma is clean and well maintained. A perfect place to recharge. The onsite property managers, Perfecto and his wife Rosa, were a pleasure and eager to ensure that our stay was delightful.

Clean quiet beachfront tranquility
Casa de Palma is a great place to stay in Placentia!!!
We had a suite that was great for a couple, all the amenities we needed, palapas right in front of the suite, and the ocean breezes at our doorstep.
Rosa and Perfecto were great hosts.
You are steps from the main footpath through Placentia and near the largest new market.
We were adopted by a lil local pup named Buster, who gave us a little of home!
This is a wonderful place to stay in Placentia on the peninsula, just away from all the hustle n bustle, but close to restaurants and the piers.
Really enjoyed the downtime. Thank you so much!!!!

A Magical Stay with the Best Location in Town!
From the moment I landed I felt like the most important guest in the world. Perfecto dropped everything to pick me up at the airport and take me to my little slice of heaven. The apartment is just perfect with a large sitting area, fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed and huge shower. Walk out the front door and you are right on the most beautiful, quiet and private beach! Just out the back is the infamous sidewalk that leads to the restaurants and bars. Casa Palma is just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get anywhere in ten minutes. Bikes and kayaks are provided as well. On day 2, Perfecto dropped me at the dive shop and picked me up later in the day. When I asked for a ride back to the airport on my final day, he was at my door exactly when I said, to carry my luggage. I never got this kind of service at other places I've stayed. I would highly recommend Casa Palma and can't wait to go back!
