Very clean and spacious apartment. Very helpful staff. Ideal location. Apartment had everything you needed and nice and modern.
Need more signs for the reception area as I did get lost looking for the reception area and main door

The location was superb. I did everything I wanted to do. The apartment fully catered for all wants and needs. Very clean and tidy. Lovely concierge.
I would definitely reconnend. It is close to transport connections, the beach, the river, the entertainment are all just a very short walk away.
Close to supermarkets, restaurants the whole nine yards.
I will definitely book again.

The location is great.
The place is not very clean, the bathroom had ants everywhere and drain flies in the shower, The drain in shower not draining properly and not clean. Patio door did not lock, very loud at night from hotel nearby. TV has seen better days, You need to have a cell phone to open the gate to park your car, which can be a problem if you are not from the EU. The couch is not comfortable. I simply do not understand how this place can have a scoring of 8.7 on booking.com. It should be a 6.5 at most.

Apartment was perfect for what we needed - couple travelling with a 6 month old. Great location, 5 min walk to the boardwalk and 20 min walk from the old town. Lots of nearby supermarkets. Lovely pool.
Only fault - balcony not very functional for us - in shade and would have liked a pool view so could enjoy while baby napped but otherwise it was perfect for us.

Spacious apartment with large balcony, refurbished, great equipment - kitchen utensils, barbeque, air conditioning, pool, washing machine. Apartment is located near beach, walking distance to Marbella city center and also supermarkets.
Parking options are limited, we had to park far from the reception area.

location was good
no umbrella at pool and very little shade which put us off using pool as it was extremely hot. receptionist not at all helpful when I arrived and had no way of opening gate for car, he insisted I ring the host and I had little or no phone credit left. it created a lot of stress that was not necessary.

Very good, spacious apartment for us. good Air Condition, lovely comfortable bed and plenty of kitchen facilities and a lovely pool in a garden setting.
Our view was onto the front of the building so a street view but it was fine.

Lovely apartment thought of everything including beach towels etc. Good location for beach & shops. Bonus was the bathroom had been upgraded since the pictures so now has a walk in shower.

The apartment was really nice and clean! Excellent location close to supermarket, shops and the beach. The host was really helpful during our stay. We loved our stay here!
