Big apartment, central location

spacious apartment, access to pedestrian area, wash machine. secure.

not clean, beds for the kids were with many hairs when arrived. notified but beds were not cleaned after request. Missed down lining cover on one bed and after asking we get pillow cover… we didn’t request. window bedroom not well soundproofed, even if one previous customer already notified. just on top pedestrian area and really noisy late in the night. should consider to improve. microwave too dirty…not sure that cleaning it will be sufficient. no parking solution proposed but parking area is located inside the building …could an issue to find place to park outside.

The apartment is just wonderful. And people behind managing the apartment are very responsible and helpful. I asked for second key which I given immediately. Apartment is in middle of Como town, everything nearby. Highly Recommended. We parked our car 300 meters from the property which was very very convenient and costed € 20 per day. Parking is Via A. Sant'Elia, 6, 22100 Como CO. For my fellow travellers. Happy Travelling!

The atmosphere of the place is amazing. Had a really pleasant stay.

Our hostess Marie was extremely welcoming and flexible about late check in. The apartment was very clean and located in the center of Como.
