Where to start? Everything was perfect. From the beautifully renovated palazzo from the 16th century to the very warm welcome of the whole family! We had a gorgeous stay and we will certainly come back as we felt like members of the family.
Thanks a million to Giuseppe and Fernando for their help: they were always available and gave us great explanations and tips for restaurants. And we have a special thought for Mimmo and Raffaela, their parents!

Breakfast, Sitting in the terrace over looking the city was such a wonderful experience. Fresh fruit, local home made delicacies & great coffee. The family helpful & accommodating to all requests, and provided great recommendations for dinner. Location is central & you sleep in a beautiful & immaculately restored 16th Century building. Could not fault our stay.
Only advice is if you book Seaview room be prepared as it is up 4 lots of stairs but well worth it if you have the stamina. The family help you with the luggage so that makes it much easier.

Everything about this family run hotel is exceptional! The location is perfect, right off of the main street in the heart of the historic town and a two minute walk to the beautiful beach. The breakfast was delicious and made to order each morning, selected from a long list of items which included coffees, tea, juice, fresh fruit, eggs (cooked to order), cheeses, assorted meats, croissants, yogurt, and homemade pastries, all prepared by "Mum" Rafaella and served with a smile by the brothers. Guests can select as many items as they want, to be served at the time of their choice, and location either outside on the beautiful rooftop or inside. Our room was large, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with a terrace overlooking the street. But what really made this stay exceptional were the people running the hotel. Brothers Giuseppe and Fernando speak perfect English, responded almost immediately and enthusiastically to every question we had, and always exceeded our expectations. Even before we arrived, they sent unsolicited detailed information about parking options and met us happily for an early check in with huge smiles and pride in their palace. They also made terrific dinner suggestions (be sure to try AMU Fish - the food was our best culinary experience in our three week trip to Italy!) Really, nothing was too much trouble for them, and their unbridled enthusiasm was contagious. We loved our stay in Gallipoli, and if we are lucky enough to return, we would certainly return to Pascaraymondo Suite Palace.
Honestly, we had NO complaints at all. It's hard to imagine how it could have been better.

The family that own The Palace - Giuseppe, Fernando and mum make this such a special experience for you - nothing is too much trouble.
The palace is superb - a great piece of history and architecture - we had the roof top room next to the terrace which looked out across the sea....great for sunbathing and a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down
Having to leave!!

What a wonderful stay. The love and care put into running this property is amazing - we were sincerely touched by the experience. Two brothers and their mum welcoming people into their family home with the perfect blend of professionalism and love. Their responsiveness to any questions/queries beats any big hotel concierge service I've experienced and we loved our room on the rooftop - felt cosy and private. The location of the property is excellent - in the old town, close to everything and still retains some Italian authenticity despite the tourism. Also loved our private boat trip they organised for us (€110 for two including wine and lunch - a bargain!)

The Palace is literally stunning! The interior decoration and finishes, old paintings, and quality of the furniture. All the finer details have been taken care of. The location is perfect, such close proximity to the main beach, bars and restaurants. You can be there in seconds. However, despite all of these great qualities, it must be said that the best part about our stay was the incredible hospitality provided by the Fernando, Giuseppe and the rest of the family who run the Palace. We’ve never experienced anything like it before, they went over and above in the every respect. An example being when Fernando offered to act as a translator for us at the local police station after a minor accident with our hire car. He spent over 2 hours with us at the station and all he cared about was helping us resolve the issue.
Nothing - our stay was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent and offered choices from a full breakfast menu. It was served on a rooftop terrace with a lovely view.
An historical home, with rooms renovated with modern conveniences.
The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The palace itself was quaint and charming. Our room was lovely- very high ceilings, lots of light and room and very clean. it was a perfect location-. in the middle of town, close to the beach, (it is not beach front). and quiet! the delightful family running the place are super helpful on many fronts...advice about the town, cab service, and prepared delicious breakfasts.
It would be convenient to have a place ( chest of drawers or something) to unpack my clothing.

Hospitality of Guiseppe and Fernando and their parents are extraordinary and started even before we arrived. They do their utmost to give their guests a good time. Our room was great, high ceilings and good palazzo atmosphere. The location of the palazzo is great and helped make our Gallipolli stay a memorable one.

This is a very unique and special palace. Tastefully decorated and well maintained. Like stepping back in time but with all the mod cons. Very old worldly.
In the main town and within walking distance of everything.
Wonderful personal service from the family who run the palace. Excellent communication both beforehand by WhatsApp and on a daily basis, the family were around to assist with all queries.
Giuseppe recommended some of the best restaurants and beaches in Gallipoli. It is was an added bonus to have local recommendations.
Fernando provided an interesting overview of the palace on arrival explaining the history and funny stories about life growing up there. He was one of the most helpful, friendly and kind people we’ve ever met. The breakfast was delicious and personally prepared by Mama (who is the real gem and soul of the palace). The palace was clean and very well maintained and we felt safe in the building.
We would recommend this property to anyone looking for central, clean, friendly and well maintained accommodation in the stunning seaside town of Gallipoli.

The most genuine and most hospitable hosts which opened their beautiful palace to tourists! The two brothers and mother of this property go above and beyond for their guests- they are quick to offer recommendations and help via WhatsApp, the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous (+very clean). It is in the best location- it is steps away from the best beach in Gallipoli and is in the main center city.
The two brothers grew up in this palace, they were even baptized in a church that used to exist inside of it and they showed us where they went to school just a few metres nearby- so special. My little one thought their teacups in their grand room were straight out of Beauty and the Beast- it is truly a magical place!! The kind mom of the house even gifted my little one an octopus stuffie which my daughter now sleeps with every night🥰
We will never forget our stay with these beautiful people in their beautiful palace in Gallipoli.
We travel a lot and can confidently say these are the best hosts we have ever met.

In the center of the old town, the restored palace offers everything one can need : a beautiful ambience, calmness and friendliness. The breakfast is particularly nice and copious. Most of all, the family that owns the place is so kind, available and authentic that you can't help feeling like at home.

Gorgeous boutique hotel lovingly ran by two brothers. Property has been fabulously restored and is very comfortable. Location is perfect - right in the heart of the old town of Gallipoli. Best service was given by the brothers who made recommendations (& bookings) for restaurants, lidos, taxis etc. Nothing was too much trouble!
Little but noisy (if you’re a light sleeper) in the middle of the night with activity at the small port.

Beautiful property in a brilliant location. The brothers were incredible hosts - they couldn’t do enough to make sure your stay was great. The breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice and served on the beautiful rooftop terrace.
Although parking can be tricky in the old town, there were many options available.

EVERYTHING!! There is simply too much to mention. The location, perfect !! The authenticity of the building, its decor and the hosts, unbeatable!! Every morning started with a delicious breakfast on the stunning terrace. The hosts were always available to offer recommendations or help with bookings. Parking options were also clearly explained so we could choose what work best for us. I can only suggest that you don’t just take my word for it but snap up the opportunity to stay here if you can and we would go back in a heartbeat. It is more than a hotel, it is a unique experience in itself and the perfect place to base yourself when in Gallipoli.

A fantastic location on a wonderful island. A beautifully and carefully renovated palace with large rooms and an excellent roof terrace for views and breakfast. Beautifully hospitable hosts for whom nothing is too much for their guests - including booking dinners and alternative parking solutions when the island carpark was shut. We were made very welcome by all of the family - and enjoyed Mum’s treats at breakfast. A lovely local beach which amazingly never felt too crowded. We would certainly return to the property and to the wonderfully atmospheric island of Gallipoli with its small but vibrant centre and excellent restaurants.

The beautiful family, property and location. The parking was all sorted -with pick up and drop off from their private carpark. We only booked the day before and communication with Giuseppe made all the arrangements so easy. Breakfast was delicious and served on the rooftop terrace. Loved the whole experience. Make sure to stay here.

Stunning 16th Century palazzo situated in the heart of old Gallipoli town which has been lovingly restored. From the moment you arrive the family go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Guiseppe and Fernando's love of the palazzo is infectious and we were treated to a hostory of the building to begin with. Our spacious room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with every detail thought of, right down to the complemetary slippers, we even had a beautiful terrace. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace, with beautiful sea views was incredible and Mum Rafaella's homemade treats were truly delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for Guiseppe or Fernando and they go out of their way to help you in whatever way they can. We followed all Guiseppe's retaurant recomendations and they were all exceptional. The location is excellant, a short walk to the beach and excellant restaurants and bars, This is an unique and really beautiful place to stay and what makes it even more special is the family that own it.
Nothing, we loved everything about it.

Great position in the old town of Gallipoli . The family hospitality and helpfulness was outstanding.
Parking a little inconvenient but in overall scheme of things a small price to pay for this perfect location.

Wonderfully restored palace located right in the centre of the old town. The old town beach was just 2 minutes walk away. The family looked after you like you belonged to their family. 2 days we were driven there and back by one of the sons to the beaches south of the town to have relaxing days at the beach. The breakfast prepared by Mama was delicious and plentiful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was fresh and fantastic on the rooftop overlooking Gallipoli and the Medeterranean with special treats from Mamma’s kitchen. Rooms spotlessly clean. The two brothers so very helpful with every request. Exceptional.
Perfect stay, very highly recommended.

Let's start by really appreciating the great care that the 2 brothers Guiseppe and Fernando and their lovely "Mama" took in welcoming us and catering for us. From carrying our bags at our late arrival to suggesting options of restaurants and places to visit, to keeping the room tidy, to providing us with beach towels, to delivering breakfast, all was done joyfully and with great care. The way to have breakfast was rather unusual but worked very well, we had to order 1/2 a day in advance as buffet style breakfast was somewhat problematic with Covid concerns, but they created a Whatsapp chat so we could choose from a menu of options. It delivered the right breakfast at the right time with no real food waste. Excellent way of doing things. The home baked cakes and pastries were so nice we had to order them every day! The breakfast area was wonderful and we even had a breakfast one morning on the roof terrace which was a great bonus as normally nearer the end of the season it gets too cold and windy in the mornings, but it wasn't so we were fortunate! We also had an option to a "watch the sunset" evening with aperitif and local snacks that was a wonderful experience as well. Thoroughly recommend it if you are staying there.

There is a good reason why this place has such a high rating. Pascaraymondo Suite Palace is a family owned hotel based in an Italian Palazzo at the heart of Gallipoli. Everything about this place is simply perfect - the cleanness, the comfort of the beds, the breakfast in the grand room, the history of the place...I can spend hours listing all the reasons why this place deserves it's high rating. It is indeed Exceptional!
We have never been so warmly welcomed and so well treated! Cannot wait to return and stay there for longer.

Oh my! Everything from the reception, to the room, to the breakfast was exceptional in hospitality in the two nights we stayed. The family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. The palace is beautiful, right in the heart of the old city, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace suite is a delight and I would highly recommend. Giuseppe even arranged our transport back to the airport making our return so easy for us since we do not speak very much Italian. I wish we could have stayed a week at this fabulous hotel!

This family-run hotel provided us a warm welcome to Gallipoli. The two brothers, Giuseppe and Fernando helped us with our luggage from the public parking lot to the hotel (0.8 miles). They were very accommodating. They also gave us a history and art lesson about the Palazzo and their restoration efforts which we appreciated. Our room was bright and clean. The breakfast that was prepared by mama came from local cheese and meat farmers. It was delicious.
There is also an amazing rooftop where you can have a whole western view of the peninsula. You will just have to see it for yourself.

The Palace had been restored beautifully. It is situated in an ideal spot & in close proximity to everything in the old town. We loved sitting on the rooftop terrace for breakfast with the best views over the old town & sea. The family that run the property are just wonderful & treat you like part of their family- they are very proud at what they have achieved with restoring the Palace. We would highly recommend a stay at this stunning property.
Liked everything about it.

This is a very special hotel. It is an old palace of Gallipoli and the family welcome you into their home. It has been beautifully restored and the rooms are stunning. There are only 5 rooms so you are treated as part of the family. The breakfast is amazing. There are so many choices from fresh fruit to Moms fabulous homemade food. we had such a lovely time with Giuseppe, Fernando and Mom. This is the only place to stay in Gallipoli. We hope to go back some day.
