The location was good. And that’s about it.
It should be made clear to guests that a family lives in the apartment. The keys did not work. We waited outside of the apartment building for about 1.5 hours before the teenage boy management sent to let us in showed up.

It was dirty. Especially the shared bathroom which was crowded because there is only one for 3 bedrooms with multiple beds.

I liked the welcoming of the owner. The place is clean, confortable, close to the train station by walk and as well to the city center. Very quiet area. All facilities at the place. I was coming for a wedding and I was super happy that they have iron to make my clothes ready for the wedding ... All great !!! I prolonged my days at the place because you could move to Bologna, Módena, Parma and Verona for example by train without problems from Regio Emilia ...
