Nouveaux meubles de salon, table de cuisine et comptoirs améliorés, nouvelle suite parentale et literie juin 2019. Situé sur les rives de l'océan Atlantique dans une communauté de plage confortable. Zone très privée et quelque peu isolée avec plusieurs merveilleux restaurants locaux. Marchez vers le nord le long de la plage pour une vue magnifique sur l'océan ou marchez vers le sud et profitez d'une vue magnifique sur Inlet, St. Phare d'Augustine et rue Downtown Augustin. Douche extérieure. Marchez jusqu'à la marina pour la location de jet ski et les sorties de pêche en haute mer. À distance de marche, Town Center Complex a un Publix et divers magasins de détail et restaurants. La maison est construite sur pilotis et la zone sous la maison est une grande zone de sable pour les enfants à jouer et à se protéger du soleil. La nouvelle terrasse permet un accès facile aux clients qui n'aiment pas les escaliers.

Great location! The walkway to the beach was right outside our door. Great views of the ocean and starry skiesfrom the deck.
The house was roomy and clean with all the amenities, including dishwasher and full size washer and dryer.

Ocean front a great plus--no long treks to the beach. Owners very responsive, e.g., supplied electric frying pan upon request within a day and disposed of a rickety chair.

Wonderful! Everything you could need, Mr. Porter supplies! Very quick to respond to messages. Location was great, steps from the beach. The entrance to the beach is a public entrance as well, so lots of people walking by, but it didnt bother us any. The only suggestion I have is it needs a bigger trash can in the kitchen, such a minor thing though! We had a great time!

All you have to do is read the reviews to know how amazing this place is but the pictures do not do it justice , what a wonderful home and great location we will definitely be back.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. Location was amazing and everything was as-advertised, but what really set Mr. Porter’s property aside from others was the attention to details. Coffee bags available, soap, basic things you’re going to need as you arrive before you make a run to the supermarket. I would certainly stay here again!

We stayed at A Hidden Secret Jun 17-24. Six adults ages 21 thru 68 and two 8 yo girls. 2 vehicles, one of which was a full size pickup.
1. Communication: Mr. Porter responded to any and all communication in a fast and friendly manner.
2. A Hidden Secret: The name says it all. The Porter Family are truly sharing their home. You have a "welcome" feeling as soon as you walk in. Extremely comfortable, up to date and roomy. Back deck is spacious and the high adirondack chairs are a nice touch. The beach access is so close it is virtially 5 steps off the ramp. The beach itself is great.
3. Parking is a breeze, we had 2 vehicles and no problem
4. Anything you want to do within St. Augustine is only minutes away. The locals are all very friendly and down to earth. (Would HIGHLY recommend Columbia Restaurant, no matter your tastes you will not be disappointed.
Overall: A fantastic time was had by all. Everyone loved everything about the Beach House. It stormed off and on, we enjoyed our stay immensely in spite of the weather. Honestly it is hard to explain in a few words how great the house and surrounding area is. In tje words of our 8 year old daughter, that house was lovely. Let it suffice to say, we look forward to a return trip.

Loved the property. The location with the beach out your window. Also loved the convenience of stores and closeness of OldSt Augustine. We would definitely rent this property again !

House is clean and well equipped. A couple of uncomfortable things were the low chairs for the high dining table and the uncomfortable downward slant of the head of the mattress on the king bed. Also, it was a challenge to get into king bed because of mattress height off of floor.

This house has a fantastic location on the beach! Very roomy and well equipped. Only a couple minutes from groceries and about a 10-15 minute drive to the historic district. William could not have been a more gracious and accommodating host.

My Family of 6 had a blast at this gem of a property. The location was perfect. Quick walk to the ocean for the family. We spent a couple days at the beach and the we went to downtown to site see the fort and the and the local shops. Trolly tour was close as well. Best part is we could walk to the Publix for groceries.
When we come back to St Augustine thus will have to be base camp against
Only suggestion would be to have some standard spices, but no the end of the world.
Oh and the beds!! Super comfy.

Home was very clean and had plenty of amenities. I would recommend this home for for anyone looking for a beach rental. Mr Porter was also very helpful and accommodating

The house has been redone on the inside and is very nice. It will sleep 11. The kitchen had pots and pans and all the dishes you'd need to cook a meal. The house is right on the beach. Unfortunately you can't see but a view of water because of the vegetation in front of the very nice deck. That's not the fault of the homeowners however...you're not allowed to mess with vegetation on the beach because of erosion. We would definitely stay here again. There are many great restaurants near and also St. Augustine is just a few miles away.

The property was better than expected. It was very clean and had beautiful decorations. The only thing we needed to cook our meals was the food, everything else was provided. We will be back to stay again.

2nd time renting this beach front home and it was better than the first. I would highly recommend this home to and single family or two small families. Location is amazing! We will return again!

Great House - Great Location!
The location of this house is perfect! The beach access point is literally about ten steps from the back deck. Vilano is quiet and family friendly, which was exactly what we were looking for. St. Augustine is a quick, 15-20 minute drive away. We were amazed at how clean and well stocked the house was! We had ample kitchen supplies to prepare several meals. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one definitely surpassed them all. William was so helpful and responded quickly to every inquiry. I highly recommend this unit! Can’t wait to visit Vilano again!

I’ve seen and rented several Vilano Beach pet-friendly homes and this was is by far the best value. The house is in very good condition and a 1-minute walk to the beach via a public walkway.
The only things that could improve our stay are likely not something the owner can control and that’s direct view of the beach (dunes and shrubs block most of the beach the view but you can hear the waves).
But would highly recommend this property for dog lovers, as walking the neighborhood and the beach is easy to do with dogs. And Publix is just a 3-minute walk, with the pier another 5 minutes from there.
William was responsive and even surprised us with a new couch we got to enjoy. Thanks!

The boardwalk to the beach is right off the deck and the outdoor shower made cleaning up easy when we came back from playing in the sand. We did a lot of sight-seeing in the historic part of St. Augustine and the drive there was only about ten minutes. I would stay in this rental again!
