First, Mark (the owner) was fantastic. Very responsive to Vrbo messages (and he came out to the property to help us find the house's missing trashcan, which was fantastic). The house is beautiful. Lots of space for the kiddos and a 60 second walk from the beach. Would absolutely stay again.

This is, by far, the nicest and cleanest, best maintained home we have ever rented. Completely supplied with anything and everything you need, down to the spices and plentiful kitchen supplies. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Mark was easy to reach and very helpful with everything that we needed. Will be one of our yearly stops for certain. Great week!

Very well kept up. Bedroom/bathrooms wonderful. Every bedroom has its own bathroom plus there was a half bath. Liked having full size washer and dryer. We were very pleased with the house and our stay.

This was not my first trip to the area, but it was the first time escaping the New England winter. We wanted to feel comfortable for a long stay and this was the perfect home for that. Location - Check, beach was visible from the porch and golf and dinning options were plentiful. Comfort - Check, the home was beautiful and well laid out. Every option seemed to be there to use. Mark our owner was also very attentive to our needs and was available to respond with any concerns we had, which were none. An absolute redo.

This property was everything our family needed! We were so close to the beach that we walked there everyday. The house was very clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was wonderful and even left us a welcome gift. We very much enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Karen's Beach House!

This beautiful home was extremely clean and very spacious just as described in the listing. Mark was not only very responsive but went above and beyond by leaving us a bag of ice due to the broken ice maker, as well as a bottle of wine and fresh roses. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect like the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. Beach very close, a two minute walk. You can see the ocean waves from the second deck. We would stay again.

This property is beautiful. Easy access to the beach. Very well maintained, spotlessly clean. They have almost everything you could need in the kitchen as well as miscellaneous household items (as mentioned in previous reviews, a Keurig and more/better quality kitchen towels would be nice). Communication with the owner was great - I had several questions ahead of time and he was quick to reply and offered suggestions for the area. The only negative issue for us were some of the check out requirements, which included washing, drying and folding all the towels, as well as running the dishwasher and having to wait to put the dishes away. This was a lot to get done before a 10:00 am checkout for a group of five. We’ve stayed in lots of rentals that required starting the laundry or the dishwasher before leaving, but never have we had to wait to complete the entire process. This meant no one could take a shower the morning of our departure, or even use a hand towel, since there wouldn’t be enough time to finish the laundry, and any breakfast dishes used had to be hand washed to make sure everything got put away before 10:00. This made for quite a hectic morning. Otherwise, the house is lovely and if you don’t mind stairs I would highly recommend it.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Garden City. Mark was very responsive and property was as described. The house was very clean and located in a great neighborhood with short walk to beach.

The beautiful home was literally a stroll to the beach. Very nice neighborhood & quiet at night. The porches outside are great & relaxing. Home was clean smelled so nice & everything you need to prepare meals is there. Really nice having the washer & dryer to wash beach wear & towels. Just loved the host Mark so nice & accomidating. Can not wait to go back !!

We had such a nice week at 120 Crab Dr. The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the location would only be better if the house was on the beach! Only a very short walk. We had two small dogs and Mark graciously allowed them for the week. Also, I forgot a necklace in a bathroom drawer and will be mailing it to me. Above and beyond!!

We usually stay in Myrtle Beach but we decided to try a different location because our whole family was coming and we needed 4 bedrooms. We loved the location. Loved we were so close to pier. Loved going to Marshwalk and going to the restaurants. We rented golf carts and the location to rent was so close. I think the beach was easier to walk on that Myrtle less shells My only complaint was the pillows were so flat Also we have 2 adult sons who had to sleep in twin beds If one room had a bigger bed we would rent this house every year Loved that all bedrooms had their own bathroom Hopefully owner will at least put a bigger bed in one of the bedrooms instead of 2 bedrooms having twin beds

We had a great time! Home was very clean! I felt very comfortable in the house. Was able to feel “at home.” Great location.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Murrells Inlet. Karen’s Beach House was perfect! The house was spotless, well stocked, very comfortable and perfect location to the beach. The bottle of wine and fresh flowers was a nice touch. I have rented many vacation homes in the past, but this one was top notch. Would definitely rent again! Mark was very informative and a delight to work with.
