For my wife and I with our 2 small dogs, this property was excellent. The space was more than accommodating for our needs. We had a wonderful time.

I had a great time and he called to make sure I knew the location since I was arriving later in the evening. Its a terrific place outside the city and I enjoyed the stay at Christmas time! Inside is very well thought out. He also takes pride in the place he rents out! I will stay there again with zero reservations to book with him again!

We stayed 5 nights to attend a yoga family reunion close by. The space was clean, quiet, and wonderfully spacious. Communication was clear and welcoming, as were the items left to greet us upon arrival.
The space is connected to the owner’s home but we had all the space and quiet we needed to feel comfortable. We slept well and enjoyed the dawn from the front windows and sunset views looking out the back.
The kitchen has all the pans and utensils you will need including a slow cooker/crockpot. Bring your own condiments, spices, vinegars etc.

From check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Anytime we are in the area we always book a stay here. It's so clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to get away from it all and relax. We had a great time at Bi-water farm, the Ark, Rail Explorers, the Kentucky Horse Park and the Louisville Jack-o-lantern Spectacular! We've already booked for March 2024!

Great property, clean.spacious, fully stocked. Our dogs loved the backyard to explore. We enjoyed the area as we attended a UK football game and other attractions in the area. Friendly hosts who made it feel like you were staying with a family friend. If you want a quiet country setting, this place is perfection.

Very clean and excellent physical condition. The property owner was very aware and thorough when it came to stocking the property with toiletries that a traveler may have forgotten. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utilities. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

We have a delightful stay. Everything felt like home. The location is a little off the beaten path and Eric and Tammy have thought of everything travelers need and beyond. We appreciated the unexpected gifts of local wine and sodas, along with chocolates and popcorn.
Every room is spacious and welcoming. Our two chihuahuas were immediately comfortable and they loved romping around in the yard. We enjoyed listening to the birds sing and looking out at the rolling green hills.
We came to golt and visit the Ark Encounter. After the hustle and bustle this was a peaceful and serene place to end the day. Just what we were looking for!

This is a beautiful property nestled in the rolling green hills of Kentucky. The accomodations were very clean and well maintained. Everything we could have needed was supplied and then some. Eric was very accomodating and friendly which made our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. Exceptional from beginning to end. This will be our go to place if we are in the area again.

Very nice home in the country. It was very clean and well stocked with a lot of square footage and large bathroom. We stayed a few days while visiting the Ark Encounter.

We enjoyed are stay very much. The property is in a beautiful area, but not to far from towns. Everything was clean, organized and quiet and relaxing. We were extremely happy with all the amenities and if you would happen to forget something, Eric and Tammy had you covered. Our dogs enjoyed the huge yard and the deck. We enjoyed our stay very much. Eric and Tammy have thought of just about everything you might need or want during your visit with them. Extremely clean, quiet and relaxing. Close enough to restaurants and stores, but far enough to be quiet and not crowded. Will stay again for sure if back in the area.

The unit was beautifully designed. If we forgot something to bring, no worries, Eric and Tammy got you covered. Kitchen and bathroom needs are all there …and then some. We felt truly welcomed in their home. For city folk ,as we are it was unbelievably quiet . A chance to stop , slow down and take in the beauty . Belle our dog also enjoyed the land. This was THE perfect location out away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to Lexington to enjoy all the area has to offer. Beautiful home with all the amenities and more!

Very posh accommodation! Nice views in the backyard with lots of birds. Dogs could do some running around which is quite nice. We were expecting washer and dryer from what I thought I had read in the description. Maybe I was wrong?

Thanks Eric for letting us use your little apartment for the weekend. My daughter and 2 puppies enjoyed it very much. Very clean. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Im sure we will be back next year for the Land Rover!

Exactly As Advertised!! This was a very quiet, relaxing country setting. A home away from home which was exactly what we were looking for. The home was perfect for my husband and I, along with our 2 small fur babies. Everything was very clean and organized. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very modern and stocked with extra amenities you may have forgotten at home. Our fur babies had plenty of private space to run around and enjoy themselves too! It was really one of our best stays. We will be sharing and recommending this vacation spot with everyone we know. We look forward to coming back!!

Eric and Tammy are wonderful people to deal with. The place is immaculate and very comfortable. From the time we booked this place to actually staying was a wonderful experience. Just a lovely place and will not disappoint. We visited the Creations Museum and the Arc Encounter and they were not far from both places. The house is located in a lovely equestrian area with lovely homes all around it. Again, thank you Eric for sharing your home . Looking forward to staying here again!

This property was THE best ever that my husband and pup have stayed! The cleanliness of this house deserves 6 stars! The owners went above and beyond for the extras (coffee, water, wine, chocolates etc)! The backyard was super nice for our four legged pup to play and run around! Property is located in a beautiful area and secluded enough for quiet evenings on the back porch! We will stay here again when traveling through KY!

Eric was a super kind host! Everything was well stocked and he even included a welcome gift of wine from a local vineyard and the best chocolate truffles on the market for my husband and I! Eric and his beautiful dog were there to greet my husband and I when we arrived. Enjoyed staying in the quiet countryside of Kentucky!

This is an excellent place to stay. We went for a couple of days on the bourbon trail . Everything exceeded our expectations including supplies, location, cleanliness, amenities. Description and pictures do not do it justice. I would stay again and recommend to anyone. The host Eric was very helpful and pleasant. We had a great stay!

The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The hosts thought of everything you may want or need. Kitchen is full stocked with cookware and dishes. The bathroom is luxurious! Heated floors, double sinks and a spectacular walk in shower!! We would love to stay here again!!!

Property was very well kept and clean. The owners really have thought of everything that a traveler would need. The kitchen was stocked with all needed utensils and pots/pan to whip up a meal. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I actually slept decently, which is something I can't say about my last few stays at a hotel. I had a wonderfully restful, relaxing two days of quiet and nice views. I would not hesitate to stay again the next time I need to get away and rest.

We had our dogs with us and the hosts were so gracious even when they were a tad noisy. The bedroom is bigger than it looks in the photos and if we are ever back in the area again we will definitely stay here. Little bit outside town but you also don’t have the worries of parking your vehicle in a parking lot where it can be broken into.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Pictures don't do it justice. The property managers did a fantastic job of providing everything you might need for a relaxing stay. I enjoyed talking with Eric immensely, he was very helpful with answering our questions about the area. Will definitely be going back.

This Vacation Rental is perfect. It is located in a quiet rural area with great views, sitting up on a hill. The sunrises and sunsets can't be beat!!!! It is just as pictured and so homey feeling. This is my second time renting here and I will rent it again if I am in the area and it is available. Just as pictured. Lovely new hardwood floors throughout the space.
