Everything was great from the facilities to the property owner. Comfortable room and quiet location.

Está perfectamente ubicado, a 5 minutos del centro histórico de Teruel. Todo limpio y ordenado. La mini cocina en la habitación es perfecta para hacer desayunos. La cama era cómoda y el baño y la habitación amplios. Perfectamente climatizada y con ropa de cama de abrigo disponible.
No tenía secador ni cubiertos disponibles.

Не убирали в течение 4 дней ни разу. В ванной неправильно сделан пол, поэтому вода из душа вытекает в комнату. Выделяют 2 маленьких пакетика с гелем для душа, которых не хватает. В номере не было чайника.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y con fácil aparcamiento.

Buena ubicación, gran limpieza. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar agusto. La cama muy cómoda y la cocina funcional. Recomendable alojarse en estos estudios.
Faltaban unas cortinas en la habitación. Es difícil aparcar en los alrededores, aunque hay mucho sitio siempre dolía estar completo.

Check in was not straightforward.. we did not recieve access codes and had to call the owner. Fortunately there was a helpful cleaner on site who was able to assist with communications

Estudios Los Arcos are new, modern apartments, situated very close to historical center of Teruel. Host was very friendly and helpful. All is new at the studio, it seems that they opened a few months ago. There is a shared area where you could prepare your meal.
It is not that easy to find a parking place, we were happy to park a car at the entrance. Lack of air conditioning, a host was very kind giving us an air cooler, which helped us a little in that hot weather time. Kitchenette at the room is poorly equipped, no kettle, only a microwave oven. When somebody cooks at kitchen in the shared area, smells spread in the corridors, where no ventilation exists. Nevertheless, I believe, they will improve their facilities with the time.
