We booked this condo for a week and ended up extending our trip because we just didn't wanna leave it! It was beautiful and very spacious! The weather wasn't great some days due to the hurricane in south florida but we still had a great time hanging out in the condo! The host messaged back pretty quickly and was very nice! We will definitely be back!!

We fell in love the moment we walked through the door and saw the view from all sides. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Had our 2 yr old granddaughters and both sons there and had the best time. Definitely would stay again! Thanks

As soon as we got there, we saw bugs! The room was nasty! It was late so we decided to sleep and go get cleaning supplies in the morning. I had to deep clean this unit so my infant grandson could be on the floor. I had to continue to clean the entire stay because it was roaches and they were EVERYWHERE! Even in the digital screen on the stove, coming out of the ice maker, in the cabinets-everywhere! It took me about 5 months to get a resolution from this company. And I still didn’t get a full refund. This unit could be perfect if it was just properly cleaned and cared for.

The space in this condo was great for our family! It was big enough for everyone to feel as if they weren’t crowded. The cleanliness of the condo however, was awful. There was sand all over the floor, the sheet rock around the showers was rotted and had horrible patch work. There was a whole in the wall in the common bathroom, mildew and mold in the master shower. All of the doors need to be replaced, especially the front door. It looks like some sort of animal chewed on it. More non stick pans wouod be nice, silverware that wasn’t tarnished. The patio furniture is all rusted and the patio door from the living room to outside barely shut and made a hollowing noise if it wasn’t locked. Almost all of the curtains were broke and need to be replaced as well. The master bed wasn’t horrible. The other two beds Al were decent. Could have been worse but weren’t awful. The location was ok but next time we will stay closer to pier park. Overall the space again, perfect but MAJOR cleaning and updates need to be done. Especially for the price we paid.

Great place to stay for Spring Break. Amazing view with a wrap around balcony. Host was very communitive and cooperative. Would recommend for anyone looking for a Spring Break place.

Do yourself a favor and book a different room. Overall the property is bad. This is not due to the cleaning crew although they could have done better. The whole place needs to have new paint on walls and trim. They are gross. The rug in the living room was nasty with stains all over it. The lamps were broke. The bed frames were not attached to the headboards so every time you sat on the bed the headboard moved all around and there were no bed skirts and the box springs look awful. The toilet ran all night keeping everyone up and we had to turn the water off at night, on our 4th day there we called because the dishwasher leaked very bad (they came and fixed the toilet and said dishwasher but it leaked again on Thursday. There were 3 missing smoke detectors. Knobs missing off cabinets. Kitchen and bath cabinets were not clean on inside. One of the dressers was missing half of the front of the drawer. Trash can in kitchen and utensils were dirty. There is not a couch and love seat like the pictures show. It was one small couch and 2 chairs that were not comfortable at all. Just don’t it! We had 10 families we knew staying at the same condos and the other rooms were all nice.

The unit is beautiful and the view breathtaking, however, there were several issues with the unit. The floors were filthy, pullout couch bed had used sheets with dirt and sand in it, dishwasher held water in the bottom after cycle complete, one of the two shower doors in the bathroom was missing, master bathtub held atleast 4 inches of water every time used, several knobs missing on doors/drawers, limited cookware, and no response from the owner regarding these issues. If these were addressed and corrected, it would be an absolutely perfect unit.

the only negative is the floor which is tile was not clean and was gritty with sand which we took care of by sweeping and could have used an in house vaccum cleaner

Great location Perfect size for large group Loved the balcony access from all rooms. Down falls, unit wasn’t very clean, needs more comfortable living room seating. Only one sofa and two chairs. Deck has only five chairs. Unit could use some bathroom updating and bedroom furniture also.

I really wanted to love this place and at a basic level it fit our needs. The place had 3 bedrooms with the bunks and fit our family of 9 to sleep. If you would like to sit in the living room it has seating for 5. You will have to shake their rug out on the balcony as it has lived a life. It was absolutely disgustingly dirty. That goes for the whole place. The shower handle was broken in the “master” bedroom so it was a roulette on the temperature you would receive. The was a layer of dirt on the floor and the base boards and walls are covered in filth. The drawers in the bathroom all had hair in them. The kitchen supplies are dismal and lacking. There was a casserole dish in the oven with a layer of fat and mold growing on it. I had to order cleaning supplies immediately to the room and mop and wipe the baseboards, walls, and floor. I also had to order bathroom cleaning supplies because our toilet had a ring of fecal matter on it. The toilet also would come off the wall when you sat on it. The beds in the closet had springs that came up so our children complained that it was digging into their backs and had to relocate. There is a stereo in the kitchen that is covered in grime. The silverware was atrocious. All the bathroom mats felt sandy. Our feet were black and covered in filth pretty much the entire time. I brought my 7 month old baby and wouldn’t put him on the floor due to finding braces rubber bands, plastic pieces, broken plates pieces, and just dirt. The view is amazing. If you would like to sit on the balcony peacefully you will have to contend with the noise of a broken railing. The sound of of beach waves is accompanied by that shaking. Some of the chairs are broken and bent in a way that if you sit in them you will fly backwards. Check in and out with the elevators is a nightmare. This is not their fault. There are just a lot of people and only 3 elevators. So I will sum this up. Positives: -amazing view -spacious -great air conditioning -great location -great pool -family friendly condo -4 beach chairs with umbrellas Negatives: -dirty really really dirty -nothing to cook with -no seating to be with everyone -noisy -unsafe balcony -it’ll take the chair employees about 4 times to find you your correct chairs

Well to start,we had beautiful weather for the week. The beach is beautiful. The condo is a great size for family of 8. Balcony access from all the bedrooms was nice. I do not like to give a negative review but for the cost of the rental we all should have more comfortable beds to sleep in and more seating in the living room for family TV time in the evenings.. There should not be black mold around the showers.The condo was not as clean as it should be. The beds did not have mattress pads (covers) on all of them, The mattresses on the twin bunks are terrible. The kids could feel the springs poking in their bodies. My granddaughter slept on the couch because of it. I placed the extra pillows on the bottom bunk under the sheet to make it more comfortable for my grandson. Thank goodness there were a lot of pillows. The TV in the guest king bedroom did not work,no internet connection to it . Also the drapes are missing hooks and are hanging in the floor. In the master bathroom the outlets on both sides at the sinks did not work to use a blow dryer. Both of the bathroom showers have mold on the doors and around them. In the hall bathroom the flush handle hangs and keeps running water unless you lift handle up. It was running water upon our arrival. There need to be more seating in the living room. If the condo sleeps 10 there should be seating to accommodate 10 .There was 8 of us and we could not all sit and watch TV together ,only has seating for 5 people. The dishes were not clean . I had to clean out the silverware drawer ,there were crumbs and it looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. I always wash all the dishes I plan to use but the pans had to be scrubbed with a soap pads to remove all the dried on food debris .I was glad to see that the washer and dryer worked well . There was not that many towels so they were washed often. There needs to be a day for deep cleaning ,corners ,dust walls, wipe down kitchen cabinets .With a good refresh,minor repairs, extra seating for living room and it would be a great condo.. It was nice to have the chairs and umbrella on the beach.

With this property you get a view of the sunset and sunrise i and the ocean. I would give it a five just for the view. The only problem is it was dirty we swept the floor right after we got there and out feet were still black. The beds were not comfortable at all. Make sure you bring any paper goods you might need and kitchen towels. There is a washer and dryer but bring your own soap and softener. The balcony was so relaxing and fun to watch people down with though and listen to the waves. If you don’t mind a little dirty baseboards and floors you’ll love this place

Pricing for such a HUGE place was great! We loved all the room. The wrap around balcony was GREAT BC we could see the beach during the day and watch the nightlife on the back side! ABSOLUTELY loved every bedroom had balcony access!!!! ALL THE WINDOWS ON THE CORNER UNIT MADE FOR AMAZING VIEWS FROM THE ENTIRE CONDO!!!! Tv was easy to use and helpful notes was a plus!! The pots/pans selection was a little scarce but overall ok. We had 10 people and the towels were very short numbered lots of laundry daily to keep up with showers. No extras came with it such as TP, PT, dish soap, dishwasher tabs which kinda sucked BC we had to purchase all of that. Main bathroom toilet ran unless u lifted the handle and the master toilet is lose and sounded like a bomb went off when you get up LOL LOVEDDDDD every room had a box fan available to use!!! 2 umbrellas and some beach items were available to use (we added several toys & a boogie board) Elevators were fast and plenty of carts to load & unload stuff. ON DUTY LADY GUARDS WERE AMAZING!!!! So helpful and nice! I will book this condo every time from now on!

The beds in the condo are terrible. Very cheap mattresses. Several cabinet and drawers need repair. The dishwasher door is broke. The toilet in the master bedroom moved when you sat down on it. The rug in the living area was all stained up. The patio furniture was rusted and needs replaced. There was not enough sitting room in the living area for such a big condo. The small chairs in there was very uncomfortable for watching TV at night and the couch was not big enough for everyone to sit. This could be a good condo with some maintenance and upgrades.
