Nice and clean apartment. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Good wi-fi.
Sea front location with breathtaking view.
Very easy check in and check out. Staff from Alicante Real Estate very friendly.
Noise. A lot of noise. Too much noise. The church next to our apartment which was a nightmare. The bells started ringing from 8am to 11pm every 15 minutes. So annoying. Builders next to our location with demolition tools started work before 8am. Garbage trucks collected the bins at 6am. Lack of parking spaces.

I liked the view of the sea, nice sized property with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped and nice hot shower to welcome the morning.
Cold weather put a damper on keeping warm with no central heating and only a few small heaters available. Old building caused a lot of issues with power outage until is was out for 24 hours (I was accommodated 9km away till repairs completed).
