This is a great place to stay with a private hot tub and short walk to the slopes. They just updated the gym in the basement with a Peloton, rowing machine and free weights.

Very well appointed condo in Deer Valley. Plenty of space and everything we needed. Little touches like a full spice rack make a huge difference! And the information package super helpful. Will definitely stay again. Emily was extremely responsive. Very very good experience.

Taking a risk on ski trip accommodations, especially in Deer Valley, can result in a “make or break” vacation. You can feel confident that you will be well cared for here. The beautifully appointed condo easily sleeps up to six with three full bathrooms, private hot tub out back, and everything I needed in the kitchen. It was wonderful to be able to have laundry to dry ski clothes after a fun day on the mountain.
We found the condo to be a comfortable and enjoyable place to relax, play games, and watch tv. The great wifi made for easy connections back to work, but you won’t want to do that unless you have to. The gorgeous mountains of Deer Valley were less than a two-minute walk, and with overnight ski storage at the resort, the walk was very easy.
Finally, rentals have a lot to do with the people who manage them. We had nothing but great advice, flexibility, and support from Emily! No reason not to stay here every time from now on!

This condo met ALL of our expectations! It was an absolutely beautiful place to spend our Thanksgiving vacation. Everything was perfect. Communication was exceptional. We definitely would come back!

Wife and I had such a great time in this condo in Park City. We stayed two nights and were really able to relax by the fire. Beautiful furniture and high-end appliances made this unit very luxurious but still had a cabin feel. The showers had some of the best pressure I have ever had! Emily was a wonderful host and sent me the details the day before arrival and everything was perfect. Underground Parking garage a major plus since it was snowing. If I come back I’ll be calling Emily again to book.

Had an amazing time in Deer Valley for a special event and turned it into a family getaway. The location was great and the host was quick to assist with any request. Property is even better than described. Clean, well appointed, great location for Deer Valley Skiing. Very short two block walk to chairlift. Near amazing restaurants (all walking distance). The best part about the experience was the level of service and communication provided by the host. She was amazing! We will stay here again.

Great location in silver lake village for skiing! Rentals were right next door and then a short walk to the lifts. Property manager was extremely helpful in making recommendations and answering questions about the area. Property has 2 nice bedrooms with huge beds and 3 full baths … has everything you need!

The rental was extremely convenient....to Snow Park Lodge (3 minute walk)...to the parking garage....to the lobby, everything! The condo was beautifully appointed, very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.

My wife and I have been coming to Deere Valley for many years. Several years ago, we had the great fortune of discovering Emily's Black Bear condo. We fell in love with it and have been coming back every year since. It would be hard to list all of the positives--location, mid mountain of course; quality of the furnishings and appliances; cleanliness; ambiance; and more. But one of the best experiences is working with Emily. She is so helpful and friendly, as well as being very professional. She does little things like sending us snow reports in advance and keeping us updated with the latest developments. We really enjoy and appreciate her diligence.

We had a great time at the Black Bear Lodge as our home base for DV skiing. This cozy two bedroom, three full bathroom condo was a 4-5 minute walk to the closest lift at the Silver Lake mid-mountain area. We walked in our ski boots, picked up our skis at the free overnight storage next to the lifts and enjoyed the amazing terrain of DV. The beds were fairly comfortable, the private hot tub was great, there were plenty of extra pillows, lots of extra towels, and the kitchen was well equipped. Water pressure in the shower was nice and temperature control was easily adjusted. The gas fireplace gave off plenty of heat.
The kids, after skiing all day, enjoyed the mountains of snow off the condo's spa patio area, built a sledding track and used the condo's red sled.

Great location - 3 minute walk to lifts! Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook. Very clean and lobby staff was exceptionally friendly with a shuttle that would take you to town. Property manager was very communicative and provided great recommendations for everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

My husband, two teenage daughters and I had a great week of skiing at this lovely, comfortable unit. Kitchen had brand new appliances in it and was incredibly complete with everything from measuring cups, olive olive, a complete spice rack, and even an air fryer! Emily was incredibly responsive to all our needs including delivering new humidifiers the same day we requested them. The unit is on the first floor, which is certainly welcome after a day of leg burners but means you don't have views really, but this was the only (minor) drawback. I would rent this unit again.

I stayed at this property with 3 other adult female friends and all 4 of us were very comfortable. The unit was clean, easy to access, and we so enjoyed the private Hot tub where we could sit and watch the snow fall. What a dream! Also, the condo is well stocked with dishes, comfortable and clean linens, and even some games to play! We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful location and condo! Great location up in the mountains away from town a bit but with a few restaurants close by. The home was very cozy and we loved the fireplace and hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean and and felt like home. Owner was very responsive and attentive as well. The fall foliage was just starting and we saw lots of color. Would love to come back during each season!!

Emily's place is the perfect combination -- it's a condo with everything you need in the kitchen to cook and serve meals at the dining room table, but the bathrooms and bedrooms have that super clean and comfortable newness of a luxury hotel. Emily gave us great recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Deer Valley walking to restaurants and hanging out at the base of the lifts watching the mountain bikers and playing soccer on the grass lawns. Stein Erikson Lodge is right across the street with a wonderful deck and restaurant to just enjoy the mountain air, and the food is phenomenal (if a little pricey!). It's a short drive down into Park City. We spent 11 nights at the apartment and really felt at home. It's a tad dark but made up for it in just being a really cozy, clean and spread out place to relax after the day's adventures. There are tons of towels which was great, and a large washer and dryer made keeping everything clean a breeze. Highly recommend Emily's condo, I can only imagine how dreamy it is during ski season!! This was a beautiful getaway tucked in the mountains of Deer Vally! Close to park city and all the fun shopping and eateries there. The place was spacious and comfortable! Close to the parking garage and we loved the private hot tub! Emily was great with communication and answered promptly! Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely birthday weekend getaway in this beautiful park city condo! We encountered a very small problem with the cable for the television and Emily worked diligently to get it resolved quickly even though she was traveling herself. She was very responsive and it is obvious that she has gone out of her way to choose the very best in designing, decorating, and equipping the condo to accommodate any travelers needs. The bed was comfortable and the condo itself was quiet allowing for some much needed rest and relaxation. Emily was amazing to work with and we will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Park City. It was all in all a very delightful experience!

We spent 5 days over the July 4th weekend in this amazing two bedroom condo. It is perfectly located if you enjoy easy access to mountain biking, hiking, and good food. The condo is in Silver Lake Village about 0.2 miles from the chair lifts which take you to the top of the mountain . There are numerous good dining options within easy walking distance. The condo is perfect for a couple or a family with two bedrooms, two awesome full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals in. Emily, the host, was an absolute joy to work with. She is SO responsive.

My sister's and I took a short weekend getaway. This condo was perfect. We loved the location, close enough to town but nestled in the mountains. We loved the kitchen and being able to eat in. Deer Valley is one of our favorite places to ski. Emily’s condo was perfect in every way. Plus, Emily is very attentive, responsive, helpful and friendly. Just a short walk to the lift and a very relaxing hot tub at the end of the day on the slopes was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and more. The beds are very comfy and the google music was enjoyable yo have. We hope to be back!
